No one called to inform us that there was no water at all ,was unable to stay they handed a paper and said these hotels are near us (mind you they had a running water fall in lobby)

The tv’s did not work. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. A/c did not work. Kitchenette area did not have a plug for the coffee maker provided. Shower drain clogged due to lack of cleaning. When the hotel was informed I was told they were sorry but nothing was done to fix the problems.

Exterior doors were all disabled, and this lead to a long walk in inclement weathereach day of my stay.

The proerty could be really nice it's a beautiful hotel, very nice rooms and spacious. The free Wine or Beer evening reception was awesome! The problem we had, I was told every weekend Kids have sleep overs parties there, kids were running all over the place, next door to us they had a teenage party unattended! Kids were knocking on the door and running, beating on the walls. They set off the fire alarm @ 2 in the morning. Not to mention the loud rap music all night.The cook to order Breakfast was great but again unattend Children grabbing food.

The hotel is poorly run with incompetent management and rude staff. They lied to our faces and said ******* sent the wrong room type and gave us a king room instead of a double room. We had no choice other than to purchase another room after a long day of travel. There is major construction going on all day. There is no working TV in rooms. When we inquired with maintenance he said there was nothing they could do and it’s been like this for a while. There was food and crumbs in the sofa bed. It had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed. The walls are paper thin with no insulation. You can hear everything. There was no hot water the first night. The second day we finally got hot water but you have to let the water run for at least twenty minutes. Like the water has to travel from the hot water tank on the first floor. Unacceptable! Our fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. They have no maintenance staff on duty overnight in a hotel that has over 100 rooms! Front desk girl said she could refund us but we had to leave right then so that they could get it ready for the next guest. Their manager’s reception was horrible with the cheapest wine, old cheese and stale crackers, and bagged snacks like chips and cookies that you would pack in your kid’s lunch box. With all that transpired, manager said she would refund us in full for one of the rooms upon checking out. When we checked out, she lied again and said she would only refund one night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My last stay wasn’t well the staff was rude this stay the customer service improved however the last day my room door would not lock and honestly I didn’t want to waste my last day resting having a stranger in my room try to fix the door. However the placement of certain items were off body wash and shampoo was missing. I was also charge a holding fee which I wasn’t charged a month ago. Which was no problem just a issue with inconsistency. The pool and gym were still closed even though the last stay we were told it would be opened in January. (We were told this NYE) I guess with the renovations going on hopefully things improve soon to match the pricing of what i am paying

The property was well maintained. The location was good as it was close to Graceland and there were several options for dining and drinks. Unfortunately, there was a situation with a suspect at large and we were advised to stay in. ( grateful for the info)

This hotel is being remodeled, so loud that you can't have a converstation without raising your voice. pool closed. Very dirty/dusty due to the remodel. It will be lovely when completed but I should have been made aware of the process when I purchased the rooms. Staff was great.

Food was great. Was not told that there would be construction going on. Construction crew started work at 7 AM in the room next-door, which included hammering and other work.
