We were moved quickly when we reported we had no hot water. That original room was cramped and not well cared for. Valet took 45 min to bring a car. They also brought up wrong cars for people. It was a busy game day but 45 min is unacceptable. Others were waiting that, too. On checkout the wrong car was brought up. When our car was brought the contents were strewn all over the rear trunk and a flag on side of car was broken off. That was not how it was when we returned it the previous night. The parking fee and incidentals fee was completely misleading. It would be nice to update rooms w refrigerators and microwaves. What I rented in NO way matched the pictures on their website. I was told by a staff member that the website has another Memphis location and uses those marketing photos. I’m very disappointed to have this experience at a Doubletree.
