ヒュ ホテル(Hu Hotel Memphis)

My name Dr.Husam khader.The First night there was children running back and forth past the door until almost 1 in the morning. It was just horrible I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Carpet was soooo dirty, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY. room was disgusting! Very dirty. You could see foot prints on the floor where other people walked! It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time! This hotel doesn’t believe in cleaning.I have to wait for more than an hour for coffee,the lady at the reception rude and the lady at kitchen was lazy and slow.my friends suppose to reserve rooms next week ,I already informed about this bad hotel.

Location was fantastic - close to River park access and street car line. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was good for tall people and had adequate pressure to rinse shampoo from hair. Best thing about this hotel was the staff. So friendly, so helpful.

While the hotel appeared to be clean and in a convenient location, it seemed very much still under construction. There was no breakfast or coffee bar, despite that being part of the listing, there were no towels in the room so we had to call for them, and it seemed to be understaffed.

We stayed one night and I must say that we have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before. The staff seemed annoyed if we asked any basic question - such as, “why is there no towels in our room” “why doesn’t the elevator work”. When we went back in the night, the lady at the counter had a private conversation on her phone and disregarded our presence or questions but yelled some minute after, very aggressively, “what did you say?!” The rooms seemed half finished. Art decor is really a stretch. Roof top bar closed and lobby area not available either. This is not a cheap hotel, so I had expected more. I would really not recommend this hotel.

No heat. It was 52 degrees in the room this morning and no hot water so no showers. Had to go downstairs last night for extra blankets. Certainly not a good experience

Shower was pretty nasty, could definitely use a deep cleaning.. Carpet was a little dirty.. other than that loved the place.

Only thing we were not satisfied with is the bar being closed at night… they told Us it was going to be open and when we get up there it was closed!

Location was good and hotel was nice just was some tissue on the window seal that did not belong to us.

Property is convenient to downtown attractions and dining. Their rooftop is small but nice, looking over the river! The biggest issue for me was that I had to park my car in a parking garage across the street. There is no valet service!
