Hotel was good. We have fun herę.A lot of activities on this hotel and also food was good.The room was clean and good.Pool is clean and good.Everybody has positive.Especially animation team is always help us and thanks for Bülent and Erkan.

+ rooms and territory are clean + friendly and helpful staff + really good kid’s animation, special thanks to Tumara 👏 super positive and energetic + food is good + climate is good - smokers are everywhere, on the beach, near the pool, at the snack bar, everyday kids breathe smoke instead of fresh sea air. Moreover smokers can throw used cigarettes anywhere. PLEASE create special zone for smokers and non-smokers. And any food zone is not for smokers. - I really like to dance, unfortunately there was only 1 evening with disco (beach party). There is a “line dance” every evening, it’s nice to have option, but why there is no disco? ^^

Very nice hotel for kids. Good food and slides. Beach infrastructure pretty old and a lot of cats in the restaurant. It distroyed our stay as one of kids was attacked by the cat and we had to travel to hospital for vacinations 4 times during 11 days… It is time to get rid of cats from restaurant as cats seat under chairs and it is very easy to stand on its tail. Animation team really nice. They speak many languages but as you have hotel full of Polish people it would be good to learn some Polish as well. Generally I recommend this hotel for families with kids.

Very good animations , Nice hotel , nice personeel I recomend it. Very good food. I have been hier with family (2 children age of 11 and 12) Magnificant garden. Nice beach. Clean rooms. Juist no lights on tennis field.

As a traveler, I have visited hundreds of hotels. We would like to thank Cactus Clup Yalı hotel, which we chose for this holiday, for its service. We were completely satisfied. In particular, we would like to point out that the Animation manager and his team have never lost their interest and relevance to us and the other guests of the hotel during our holiday, they do a wonderful and professional job. Animation team (lead) was very unprofessional and disrespectful to our kids! I went to a lot of hotels in Turkey, but never experienced this before! They really don’t understand how they should treat their guests. Very sad!

Hello, on Friday 18/08/2023 I returned from a holiday in this hotel. The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, you can also choose from the food. The beach and surroundings are beautiful. What I didn't like there is that smokers smoke wherever they want, both on the beach and in outdoor restaurants and on the children's playground. Most of the guests are French who are rude, rude and arrogant. I felt sorry for the staff that they have to tolerate these people and suffer their rude behavior as well as other normal guests. Since the guests around you are mainly on vacation, the hotel should not tolerate these uncultured guests. Never go on holiday with the French again!

I would like to write some review to my vacation. I can say that it was one of the best vacation in my life. Beautiful place with beautiful people. Animations - i was looking forward to every evening programmes. There was a lot of fun thanks to amazing animators. Buse - i cant explain by words how amazing holiday she did for me. I started to dance zumba with her, I overcame my fear of modeling and i found my new friend in her❤️ simply a perfect woman with amazing heart.. love her so much!! Mawra - second amazing girl.. girl with big heart and with amazing power. Im so happy that i could met her. Her dancing skills - i noticed it in a first day when i came. She is my big idol in dance!!
