ジ オールド ウエスト イン(The Old West Inn)

The only bad thing about this place were the mattress, there still using spring mattresses and they felt very worn down. Couldn't sleep all night, turning and tossing.

Wifi worked without any issues, so that's always a PLUS for my trip. Clean, yes - spotless, comfortable, roomy. Exceeded my expectations.

The property appears to have recently been updated on the exterior. There was a cute interior courtyard that all room opened up to. The rooms were decent sized and the beds acceptable. The AC unit didn't cool adequately but it was a cooler day so it wasn't that big of a deal. The blinds did not block out the exterior light so if you are a light sleeper this could be a deal breaker. The room appeared clean but after I showered my feet were quickly filthy when walking barefoot so I suspect sweeping/mopping between guests isn't happening.

Our family had a great stay. Beautiful courtyard, where we enjoyed a treat and much needed wine after a long day of driving. Pizza place that was recommended was in walking distance and yummy.

There were kids running above us several times in the early part of the evening. Running up and down the stairs. Plus, the light from outside comes in between the shades you should have blackout curtains available for people who sleep better in the dark.

The staff was very nice, the room was quiet and clean, and the property was quaint.

This is a great hotel. Love the Old West theme. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was very friendly!

Had a great time was happy to covered tables and chairs. Was able to have snacks and drinks.

I liked everything...nothing amiss... conducive as I was facing family tension in wrapping up a two process to finalize loose ends after my father's death.
