Unbelievable service - fantastic location - couldn’t recommend this place anymore !!! The staff are so attentive and really care - nothing is too much - don’t look anywhere else just book this hotel !!! My room looked over the forest to the rear - next time I’ll be booking a lake view

The hotel was really beautiful and a real palace , The room was very spacious and the hotel had a perfect breakfast. The room service cleaning service was great. The hotel location was very good the view was perfect. The lake was beautiful and a very peaceful.

Stunning location and views! Very comfy beds and pleasant bar and lobby area. Some 5-star standard service features were missing (help with luggage on arrival, evening room preparation, bill not ready upon checkout, no service pool-side) giving the impression of a hotel trying to save money on staff. Very nice indoor pool area though hammam needs cleaning and maintenance. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The hotel is staffed by really kind and caring staff, we were impressed by their consideration at a difficult time. The room was lovely and the view exceptional. We enjoyed the use of the spa facilities. The bar area looked nice the only slight down was the busy service for breakfast but that was probably due to the on going refurbishment of the normal restaurant.

It’s amazing very Royal with amazing view and very nice new spa on the lake. There is only a star restaurant and they offered some snacks in the bistro bar we missed more options for diner and lunch . The personal very friendly and professional We really enjoyed it

Nice vue on the lake! The team is very welcoming and ready to help you! Great and deliscious food ( we had half pension) . So cool to have the hammam and the swimming pool so close. Also very quiet in the room! There are nice walking paths in the region!

Everything was great , thanks for that . Only the problem with the emergency alarm on Thursday morning was a little bit annoying for our stay . But this can happen of course . Nice environment , great food , very friendly , and the extra facilities ( haman , swimming pool ) are top. G&K

We really love staying here. The bed's are the most comfortable we have ever experienced, and the services is excellent. We did feel disappointed by breakfast which ends very abruptly at 10.30am, my husband and children didn't get to the dining room until 10.15 as they wanted to swim first, and everything was swiped away at 10.30 on the dot which made it not a very relaxing experience and there was no warning to us. It meant we missed out on quite a bit of the food, for the cost, it was rather disappointing and made it a bit stressful. We wanted to relax enjoy the view and eat at a more leasurely pace!
