HI. Welcome to my beautifully renovated coastal style unit. Enjoy an easy stroll to Merewether Beach for a coffee at Blue Door, or a cocktail at the renowned Surfhouse. If shopping's what you're after, then The Junction precinct offers designer labels, surf brands, groceries, banks and cafes, just to name a few. There is also a laundromat, chemist, Post Office and bottle shop within a few hundred metres. A large number of restaurants and bars, serving up great food and drinks, are all located within walking distance. This one bedroom/one bathroom fully self contained unit is on the ground level of a small complex and is wheelchair accessible. Within minutes of Lingard Hospital it is the perfect location to be close to loved ones, without having to use the car. The unit comfortably sleeps two with the availability of a portacot if needed. Kitchen is fully appointed with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop/oven. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal are included for your convenience.
