Extremely friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very hospitable and beautiful. The pool and courtyard are amazing. The breakfast and coffee were great! I would be very happy to go here again! An excellent experience! Very aesthetic and relaxing.

This was undoubtedly the best hotel we stayed in during our travels through Mexico. Beautifully appointed , comfortable , spacious & with a wonderfully attentive staff & with a delightful owner, Sunita. Nothing was too much trouble for them. 10/10 - we could not have wished for more.

The service was outstanding. I was always greeted with a smile and friendly/welcoming attitude. The location of the hotel was great. Right off of paseo Montejo which is one of the main boulevards. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless. The hotel is very peaceful and calm. I would recommend staying here with your family. The coffee and pastries are delicious.

I enjoyed staying here so much. Everything works, which can't be taken for granted everywhere you go. It is a beautiful place, excellent taste, and the location is fantastic, especially since Mérida Is such a walkable city. They are very attentive and made our stay feel like home, with family. I definitely hope to be back.

We visited Merida for the first time with my wife, kids and in laws and stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. We felt safe, welcome and comfortable the whole time. The staff was first class and the free breakfast was a great perk. The location is exactly where you want it to be! Just a block from Paseo Montejo and a short walk from the tourist districts, culture and night life. Don't think twice and book this place for your next family vacation.

My mother and I stayed for six nights at the phenomenal Boutique By The Museo. The staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful, always helping us make reservations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Each evening at the hotel, we enjoyed a tranquil happy hour with complimentary live piano music, wine, and hors d'oeuvres. During these happy hours, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people, including other guests at the hotel and the owners of the hotel, themselves. We felt warmly welcomed by all. Our room was kept spotless and orderly, and there was even a fridge to keep our leftovers, snacks, and drinks. The hotel is conveniently situated very near Paseo de Montejo where we walked almost nightly to find delicious restaurants for dinner. Mérida is a lovely city, and there's no better place to explore what it and rest of the Yucatán have to offer than by staying in the Boutique By The Museo. Our family stayed over the holidays. aAmazing staff, great facilities and dedicated owners. The consistency in everything they do and the high level of service is simply amazing. They accommodated our last minute travel plans and provided us great options as a family. There is no limit to their dedication and the level of service provided. Add to it the great design, beautiful facilities and the perfect location this is a sure hit. We cant wait to visit and stay there again.

Beautiful place, one block from Paseo de Montejo, near museums, restaurants, Plaza Grande…very kind and gentle staff, great mexican design, comfortable beds, feels new and it is clean and very pretty.

First of all, the staff at the boutique are the friendliest people ever!! The reception staff were amazing and kind, and the chef who we took a Yucatán culinary class with, Isabel, was great. The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The bedroom was comfortable and homey. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!
