Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is only a 15 minute walk from the main square in center city Mérida. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Hotel needs to install hanger bars in the cabinets.

Great location within walking distance of lots of good places! Comfortable bed, clean rooms and well maintained property. This quite little boutique is close to everything without feeling like you’re in the middle of it all. The rooms are smaller and may seem like they are missing thinks like a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge but you can find everything you need in the rather welcoming lobby. We found it to be a great value for the price and the quiet, laidback hotel to be a great place to work remotely during our stay.

The best hotel! definitely the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk and housekeeping girls are very friendly and always willing to help. Merida is without a doubt a beautiful place full of culture and DELICIOUS food, it should definitely be on your bucket list! The hotel is simply perfect, it is a small boutique hotel that despite not being as centric as others is just a few minutes walk from Paseo de Montejo and the main attractions in Merida, the people here are always very friendly and the advantage is that it is a hotel in a quiet area so the rest is just great. They have an indoor garden and a beautiful pool and the lobby area to say nothing of it. They don't offer breakfast but what a surprise they gave us when they offered us fresh bread and coffee every day, a great touch. I will be back in a few months without hesitation!

Me encantó el hotel! Mi estancia fue de lo más cómoda y placentera. El hotel está perfectamente bien ubicado, está en el centro y a 15 min caminando a la catedral y plaza principal. Aceptan mascotas! Paula de recepción fue súper amable conmigo y mi perro, nos recomendó muchos lugares deliciosos y un tour a Sisal padrísimo! La cama del hotel es comodisima, descansé súper a gusto! El hotel es muy bonito, el área común está muy agradable, ofrecen agua, te, café y galletas. La colonia donde se ubica me pareció muy segura y familiar. Alrededor hay una tiendita de abarrotes y varios lugarcitos para comer/cenar. Hay una bar a dos cuadras llamado DZALBAY me pareció encantador. En general todo estuvo perfecto! Les recomiendo el hotel al 100%

Una agradable sorpresa, este hotelito boutique te sorprende con su diseño muy bien acaparado en una casa antigua, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, me encantó su baño, el piso y la regadera amplia. Nos quedamos en una suite sobre la recepción pero las habitaciones que dan al jardín son igual de bonitas. Su lobby es una excelente área de reunion. Con una excelente ubicación prácticamente caminando de restaurantes y atracciones del centro de la ciudad. Muy buena atención de Paula y de la chica que nos atendió con un delicioso café. Definitivamente recomendable y muy buena opción para visitar la ciudad con amigos y familia.
