The location is great. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very helpfull. I didn't test the pool but it looked nice. Good for a little dip on a hot day. I booked an Uxmal trip from the front desk and it was great price and amazing trip. The walkways in Merida are narrow and made with tiles so if you have luggage, maybe take a taxi from bus station even if it's only 10-15min walk.

Hotel was conveniently located to all of our activities and room was serviced every day. However, the room was lacking the proper storage for clothing. facility was very basic.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel HO. The room was cleaned everyday and the housekeepers were amazing. There is a nice, smallish pool on the grounds and free parking too. Centrally located between two parks on an excellent street in Historico Centro. Check in was a little difficult, initially being told we didn't have a room, although it was prepaid. Requesting additional towels or blankets from the front desk was pointless, as they kept forgetting, or lost the note they wrote to themselves as a reminder. Housekeeping finally took care of us, the front desk, not so much. The front desk also forgot to turn on our hot water so when we showered the first night, there was no hot water.

I liked that it was walking distance to so many places that we wanted to go. The hotel is older but so nice. It really looked European. I will stay here again.

Excellent location in Merida Centro, 2 walking blocks from the “Plaza Principal”, from outside the hotel doesn’t look like much, but it is a spacious, well-kept micro-hotel with open spaces.
