房子是兩層，上層是客廳有暖氣機，一樓3個房間都沒有暖氣機，8月份會有點冷。主人房廁所淋浴間的水龍頭還關不上水，打電話找人修理需要各種純英語轉接，不會英文的遇上這種問題簡直沒辦法處理

除了主卧，另二間房間很小，加的床第一天晩上被子也沒給，房間在一樓，臨街，早上五點多就聽見汽車往來的聲音，住了四晚，每天六點前就被汽車聲音吵醒，除了酒店地點很好以外，這裏住宿體驗很差。唯一感到欣慰的是攜程處理的很及時。

位置不錯，算上這個地區裏面很不錯的酒店了。 房間面積比較大，而且乾淨整潔。 停車方便。工作人員比較熱情。

下午 5.30.前需要入住，攜程沒有提醒或者幫我提前辦理好，本來可以提前登記自助拿鑰匙，晚到了入住不了，而且全額照收

我改變行程，提前告知攜程，攜程回覆説酒店一分不退，到底誰不退錢？

Our family loved our stay in room 62. This apartment was very clean, comfortable & well equipped. We really appreciated the Bosch washer & dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. If I was being picky the only thing I would say is that the grout in the bathrooms could use a good clean - but that’s literally the only thing I could fault. Reception lady was lovely!

Great location and apartment and beautifully cleaned and presented. Staff were very helpful. This is a great location with the calm lake on one side and surf beach on the other - both only 100m from our accommodation.

The staff were some of the friendliest people we have co e across, without exception. Our apartment was lovely it had everything that you could need, everything in the apartment was in great working order. The location is good, you can walk into town easily, there are great places within a short drive as well. Thank you for looking after us.

The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed From the last people Sports girl tag in the cupboard Glasses were dirty Chopping board has green food still on it Pencil coaster dirt behind the tv The cupboard under the sink smelt like the garbage was still there and bits of food n whatever on the yellow recycle tub Rust on the knives Ants all over the window sill in lounge But what upset me the most was due to me getting cancer last year we gave them 4 wks notice we couldn’t come they would refund our money But when we could come put it up an extra $170 Should have booked with Bookings. Com money would of been refunded no problems.. And no it’s not sour grapes I have photos

Overpriced and poor service. We paid a large amount of money for a pool view apartment and only got a building view apartment. Noisy, walls disgustingly marked and dirty. so many things did not work in the apartment. Waste of money, Never again, If you go, do not accept room 63. Some of the staff reception were friendly but there was a lady was awful, pedantic, dismissing and patronising. should not have people like that servicing the public

We had a great stay in a very comfortable and well appointed two bedroom apartment. The only downfall was the hike up three flights of stairs with our luggage. Would definitely stay again but make a request for ground level accommodation. Pools were excellent.

It seems that the quality of the rooms is very different. Ours was more a one star than a three star rating. Renovations are overdue!! Furniture was very used and window cannot be closed as one handle broke probably already years ago… Next time we will go to a motel and safe $500

Booked for 5 nights of resort peace and relaxation! Arrived at 4.0pm on a Tuesday to see a resort foreman overseeing some tradies banging/hammering and drilling at the villas next door extracting and replacing wall insulation .Was told 'they will finish soon''..This went on for 3 days from 8.0am until 4.0 pm! On the friday I asked the foreman about the noise and his response was ' No worries , they don't work at the weekend'!!! Whilst we accept maintenance must happen ,it should be that the Resort contact guests prior to their arrival advising them of the 'hazard' and offering them -/A discount or shift to another villa or re -book ...?? Absolutely POOR customer care when we paid over $300 per night for a relaxing/peaceful stay! Greed wins again we guess..Secondly ,Our A/C went off at 3.00am .When reporting it reception said 'quote'' Well ,the units are OLD and they overheat!!''..The AC was fixed and the problem re occurred the next evening also.Combine that with a leaking toilet causing the Cysten to come on and off all night!..Yes you have the picture ..And of course reception said 'wE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THAT UNIT BEFORE'!!!!..Anyway ,we are in our late sixties ,well travelled and not grizzlers ,but fair dinkum ,this 'holiday' is up there with ' very poor experiences and a huge disappointment .!
