There was a funny smell in the hotel and the elevator. Our room didn’t smell, but the second night people were really loud and we didn’t get any sleep.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. However, there were some issues. Our window coverings weren’t working in our bedroom, our iron was broken and if we needed any additional towels or anything that our room was short of, we had to go down and get it because it would’ve taken forever for someone to bring it to our room. We did stay three nights and it would’ve been nice if someone cleaned and replenished our room during our stay.

Although an error was made with booking a room, an error with hotel staff during check in made this hotel stay overall terrible. The hotel staff did not handle the issue with customer service at the forefront. Instead, they entered the room while someone was sleeping and yelling out that they needed to leave the room. Further, we were told the room would not be charged/or would be refunded, but then they did neither. We ended up paying more for that room than ever (having stayed at this hotel more times that I can count for work) and subsequently paid an additional night when no one stayed. Manager wanted to argue about everything, which is simply poor practice. Resolutions make for happiest customers. Will not be staying here again.

The bed sheet had dried up urine stains and when i showed it to the manager “Jessica” she did not care . This hotel does not clean it bed sheets and this is very unhealthy and unsafe. Although this hotel has a money back guarantee incase something is wrong,Jessica who is the manager, did not honer the hotel policy

Started with a strange phone call about 20 minutes before we arrived asking what time we were arriving. I’ve stayed in hotels many times and never ever have had this phone call. It wasn’t even 7 PM. Check in was also strange as the TV was blaring, and we literally had to talk over it. In addition, desk clerk was clearly not feeling well with sneezing and related cold symptoms. Overpriced for condition, cleanliness and experience.

Overall property was nice, but our room was not to the cleanliness I would expect. Unfortunately we had a noisy upstairs neighbor.

My friend and I have never invested in a quality hotel. We are both incredibly please with this facility. In fact, we are already planning on coming back next year.

I really like this hotel, but during this stay I had to request the floors be cleaned due to crackers being around the bed. The staff were notified and the situation was not resolved. I was compensated when I inquired about the issue again. I still enjoyed my time and experience here.

Excellent place to stay... the room was large and clean... staff were professional and friendly
