Staybridge Suites Merrillville

The staff and front desk service were great. Sadly, the room was not clean (soiled sheets, lots of hair in and around the tub, and there was a bug in the room). The breakfast was also bad (old eggs and potatoes), uncovered, and children were literally playing in it unattended.

This hotel is conveniently located in Merrillville. Plenty of parking, cozy fireplace in the lobby, comfortable bed, a little worn with the carpet and the bathroom tiles/floor in our room. What I especially appreciated about this hotel were the staff members that I interacted with. The staff here were probably some of the nicest, most professional hotel staff I have interacted with in a long time. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at work and the breakfast team was SO NICE. They gave us a 15-min warning that they would be closing the breakfast area and told us that we could come through and get anything we might need before they closed. They weren't angry about it, just pleasant, patient, and friendly. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

My checkin and stay was all excellent. The property was convenient to the interstate, as well as to multiple quality food options. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I gound the room to be spacious, clean and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and consider it to have been well above average.

In town for a wedding. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was AWESOME. Facilities was clean. Our room was clean as well. Bed was comfy. We loved the 10:00pm no noise/disturbance ordiance you have put in place. NO COMPLAINTS HERE! Just keep doing what you're doing.. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

This has always been one of my favorite hotels. However I was given a handicapped room with a badly damaged shower. Not pleased at all!

Marie was extremely helpful at check-in. She was very professional and has a great customer service personality. Love staying at the Staybridge Suites chain.

The staff was friendly and poliet. It was clean. What i didn't like is i saw a bug crawling just 1 and at night there is barely anywhere to park. That be so inconvenient

Appears to be new or in very good condition. Rooms comfortable but 2 bedrm suite a bit expensive for the area and there was no room cleaning between nights. Bkft nice cold and warm with plently of options.
