ケープ クロッシング リゾート & マリーナ(Cape Crossing Resort & Marina)

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo on the 4th floor was perfect for our group of 3 couples for a 2 night stay pre-cruise. Our unit had a view of the inland waterway canal and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The pool at the resort is small but adequate for a couple of hours in the afternoon sun. There is one barbecue on the pool deck for guests of the resort to use (we didn’t). We booked directly through their website and communication with the rental agency was excellent. They’ve recently removed their “front desk” clerk so any questions you have during your stay are done by communicating online through a “guest portal” online but they are fast to respond. Would stay here again.

Great stay for 1 night for a family of 5. Lots of room. Very clean and comfortable. My wife and I had our own bathroom. 2 daughters shared a room and my son had his own room. They all shared the 2nd bathroom. Restaurant next door plus bar and some live music. Location is great as it was a quick Uber to the cruise ship terminal.

. The Condo felt new and was very comfortable with all amenities needed (washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, big oven, microwave and all equipment necessary for at least 8 people). The balcony had excellent views across the marina and river and i was saw , dolphins, and a lot of wild birds. The location of the complex meant that we were in a great spot to get to the Kennedy Space Center, Waited for space launch's but all were cancelled. We stayed in the condo. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central to many things to do. The facility is great. Pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and laundry machines. The one suggestion is to change out the seating. There is bench seating for the eating area are not very comfortable and you don't want to sit on it for a long stretch of time because there are no backs to the bench. I know these places put in soda sleepers for more sleeping arrangements but these are low to the ground and VERY uncomfortable. Someone tall ends up slipping down the leather seat and it is not comfortable for the back. The seats by the elevators are more comfortable than any in the condo.

We stayed here for a few days every day was great - we were on the top floor so had a great view of the boats around the back and you can go out to the balcony go see the great sunsets. The staff were friendly when we got our key from the area by th pool and we never really saw them again until we were checking out. The rooms were great and it was all clean, lovely decor and comfy living area. I'm not sure if this is from the owners or people staying previously who forgot to sign out but the TV was signed into most of the major streaming services like HBO and netflix so we made our way through Gossip Girl. The main food we had was from the Tiki Bar which was very friendly but since the apartment had a kitchen you are able to cook/bring your own food.

What a great place to stay if you want to visit Kennedy Space Center. We booked a 3-bedroom house and arrived in a spacious, clean, pleasant unit with a convenient kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat at the beginning and the end of the day. Also, a special word for the very nice lady at the front desk who helped us!

Had a terrific lunch at the Dolphin cafe on the marina waterfront, watching dolphins 🐬 and pelicans. The Cape crossing had a variety of small boats, kayaks and pontoons for a reasonable price. As there were six of us, we rented a pontoon which ran well, was clean and maintained. The inter coastal was unique with dolphins, manatees, alligators 🐊 and pelicans all along and about. We also anchored at a sand bar and we near some large rays! The proprietor was very accommodating, friendly and thoughtful, giving us guidelines and tips. We would definitely return ✔️

After being delayed plus having car hire issues, this oasis of a place was a great boost. Lady on reception kept in touch and stayed after 9pm to welcome us. We had a 3 bedroom place and everything you could have asked for was in it. It’s literally just off the main road attached to a marina with a variety of shops about a 5 min drive. This would make a great base for Orlando (50 min drive), Kennedy Space Centre (15 min drive) or cape Canaveral/ cocoa beach(20 min drive).

Travelling as a family of 4 we booked the Waterfront Captain's Quarters- 3bdrm which suited us well. We were very impressed by the standard of the accommodation and the interior design details. We loved the seaside theme. We found the unit very well equipped although we chose not to cook but rather to eat at Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill. Much better than driving out to find food. Initially we did have some concerns regarding road noise and this is made worse by the change in sound as vehicles cross the bridge. We had a good view of the bridge and waterway and the hooter sounds each time they raise the bridge so you don't miss anything. We did not use the pool or hot tub in the clubhouse but we did use the washer and dryer in our apartment and the $1 detergent sachets from reception were very helpful. My suggestion would be that a better window blind be fitted to the 3rd bedroom as the existing one does not block the daylight. We were advised not to drink the water - What a shame that no bottled water was provided in the apartment. Thanks for the coffee though! The property is easy to find and there is ample parking available. I can also recommend Sail Cocoa Beach which is in walking distance just along the marina.
