Unfortunately, our experience was not a favorable one. Our stay began with entering a room that had not been cleaned. The bathroom was visible dirty, items were found on the floor and on the shelves of the dresser indicating a thorough inspection and cleaning had not been performed. The front desk associated had to come up and clean the bathroom herself. We immediately learned that the toilet was not flushing. We then had to wait for maintenance to come a tend to the toilet which he then left dirty after his repair. On day 2 naintence has to return again after the flushing mechanism broke and again we found ourselves with a toilet that was not operational. We booked at this hotel stay for a youth baseball tournament weekend, like may other guests at the time. The hotel is 4 floors and had only 1 operation ice machine that was not able to support the demand needed for all the guests. This was an additional inconvenience that just added to the unfavorable experience that our stay was. Although the staff did attempt to ready the issues that arose. The hotel was fully booked and other accommodations could not be offered. The attitude of the staff clearly indicated that our experience was not unique and in my options is indicative of the poor management that this hotel is under. We checked out a day early and while the hitel approved our refund, having booked through a third party, the process for being refunded is more complex. Very disappointing, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was alright room . They were doing remodels on some rooms on 2 floor

My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!! Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

The breakfast was pretty good - rehydrated scrambled eggs with salsa, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, etc. The room was nice, but the pillows were just air and went flat instantly. The pool was my favorite part! I was looking forward to getting a couple of work outs in while we were there, but ALL of the machines in the gym were out of order (bike, treadmill, elliptical), and there were only a few free weights and a bench available. They did not even have a water cooler to refill water bottles. :( I was very disappointed with that.

We stayed Friday night for one night while attending my daughter’s volleyball tournament at Arizona Athletic Grounds, about 10–15 minutes away, very convenient. At check-in, I asked for a rollaway since I had picked up two extra girls. Staff was accommodating and did their best. We asked about a second room, but were told it required booking two nights due to preset rates, which was frustrating. We made it work in one room with a rollaway. The next day ran long, so we stayed another night and got another rollaway with no issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. However, the jacuzzi was not clean there was visible hair and debris, so I got out right away. There were also no towels in the pool area, so we had to go back to the room to get some. Staff overall was great friendly and helpful throughout. Room quality was inconsistent. The fourth floor was updated and clean, but the second floor felt outdated with peeling wallpaper, loose shower fixtures, and a bathtub that wasn’t properly cleaned. That said, pricing felt fair and the location is great. There’s a Target nearby and plenty of restaurants. Room service was pricey, so we used Uber Eats instead. Overall: 4/5. Could be a 5 with better cleanliness and consistency.

Breakfast was good. Parking was hard to find spots when they share with a bar next door. Parking was safe with cameras. I had to recharge my hotel key everyday to get into my room for the whole stay. Was hard to get into the room with the door key locks.

We loved the ease of checking in and out. We're very tech-oriented and the WiFi was ok in most areas of the hotel. There were several restaurant choices within easy walking distance. We loved the easy access to the highway, but of course that comes with the noise of a highway. Only really an issue for us outside as the room was pretty quiet. For context, we live in a rural hamlet, so the pace and noise of a big city is really foreign to us. It wasn't unpleasant, just very different. The room was clean, the staff were wonderful. Plenty of parking too.

The hotel was good. Breakfast was nice. Clean food space. Pool was great, warm. The kids loved it. Staff was nice and accommodating. The room needs some updating. The curtains were old and dirty. Carpet seemed old The bathtub had a constant leak. The ac kinda acted funny at night/ noisy.

Good size pool and very nice patio. Breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. Really nice driver also.
