Stayed at hotel for one night on a cross country trip. Hotel is right off Interstate 10 so it was easy to get off and on the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. Staff were friendly.

Two elderly men were given multiple rooms until they got it right. The staff was very helpful. Getting a double bed room that is handicap accessible is not possible. Such a shame. I find this to be a disadvantage to anyone who handicap and not sleeping with their care taker

It’s in a seedy area. Parking our car which was packed for a cross country trip felt unsafe.
The hotel is run down but the rooms were clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not bad for the price. The staff were excellent and there is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Right next door so we could get a dinner without any more driving.

The hotel overall was very dirty and there was a lot of homeless around the area. I would not stay there ever again.

The hotel is an older hotel. It is about average condition for it’s age. Carpets show some wear and the rooms have no USB plugs… bring your own adapter. Pool was closed.
Building materials are stored by the front door. Elevator shows some aging.

I stayed in an accessible room. The carpet in the room was worn & stained. The bath tub had 2 holes that had been “repaired” poorly and 2 holes through the tub which were not repaired. The seat for disable access to the shower had residue build up. I didn’t take a bath nor shower due to the condition.

The house was clean, well decorated and plenty of space. The views and night sky was breath taking. The property manager Mateo was helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend and book again.
