原本訂的標準間，生日當天前台給免費升級了雙套間，其中一張床2米寬，推開門的時候很驚喜。酒店位置特別方便，樓下就是公交站，無論去主島，或者機場都有bus直達。樓下有個大超市，買東西也方便。

Sauber und modernes Hotelzimmer. Ausreichend Platz. Langsames Wifi. SmartTV mit schnellem Internet.

新酒店 離火車站不算近 而且有一條發黃的毛巾以及每隔半分鐘就會發出響聲的煙霧報警器

很新的酒店，旁邊是很大的超市，門口可以坐15路到機場，價格合適的話可以考慮，但來威尼斯還是推薦住在主島

This hotel is a very low class 3 Star hotel at best, positives:- Location - only 10 minutes or less drive or buss to Tourist Venice. staff- are very nice, but frankly are embarrassed at how poor the hotel is . Negatives:- The hotel is a VERY old hotel that they are trying to refurbish and have only partially done, even what has been refurbished is VERY VERY poor, the room has no cupboards, they have a rail in the rooms, the desk isa peace of wood ! the rooms are tiny. Location - the area is not safe, even during the day homeless people and ************ and asylum seekers are around - i do not think people should walk around alone. The neighbouring hotels are even lower class hotels. parking is not prebookable as the Holton says it is first come first served and even if you pay and have entry and exit rights, that does not guarantee you a space !! and may need negotiation to let you get a space .... Breakfast is very poor quality The linen had a stain on it and one towel had a blood stain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry this hotel is a very poor low quality hotel that Hilton has allowed to use its name - but it is just not a decent hotel.

Hotel in a good location and just a short bus ride into Venice. Rooms clean and modern looking and staff were very friendly especially the girl at Breakfast both mornings. Breakfast items were slightly cold both mornings, I suspect this is cooked and left lying due to the occupancy being low. However a good stay and would return here if I were to return to Venice.

Recently refurbished. Staff were great. Cheery and helpful. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with all you could need. Hotel is 10 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins from Mestre centre with its square and nice place to drink coffee and eat.I would certainly recommend this hotel

The room smelled of chemicals (probably paint), room was barely furnished and zero decorations. Very few outlets and NONE near the bed. No hair dryer. When we asked for one, the receptionist said it should be attached to the wall in the bathroom!! Of ourse it wasnt, thats why we asked.The toilet stall was aquardly crowded in a small space right near the door and potentially get slammed by it. At breakfast, we were told we couldnt bring any food from the restaurant jn our room. When I asked how about the coffee, the manager told me I had coffe in the room. When I told Him that was instant not coffee he told OK but I had to bring back the cup! Also, they didnt want to take AMEX . The hotel is currently under construction as well. Lastly, during the late evening/night, the emergency/fire alarm went off but there was no anouncement offering any explanation/advice. I had to run in my pyjamas to the desk and ask. It was a malfunction of a sensor. Poor experience.

Stayed just one night as I was arriving into Venice late. The 15 bus stops right across the street from the hotel and is right outside the airport terminal. Reception is friendly and I was up to my room within a couple of minutes. I have diamond status which got me a nice upgrade to a king suite. Odd shaped room w a small sitting area just wider than a corridor but no TV lead to a combo shower and wardrobe area that opened to the bedroom. So positives are location if you arrive late and do not want to deal w the vaperetto late at night. Hotel is freshly refurbished. The upgrade gave me a large room if not really all usable. Negatives and reason for three stars. Woke up to find a beetle/cockroach on my duvet. Body lotion empty and after asking 2 people to get it replaced nothing happened. One pack of coffee and no milk not even powdered. Nothing else in the bathroom. Cheap soap. Poor breakfast - guy checking people in for breakfast seemed only interested in his phone. Eggs stone cold. Asked him if he could get fresh ones and he rolled his eyes as if taking him away from his screen time was such an effort. Two Staff could easily look after all 6 of us in the restaurant but seemed to want to just stand around. Coffee is self service- again w two staff would be nice if the first cup was offered by staff. If you want to go into town the 4L is at the same stop as the 15. It can get extremely busy at this stop w multiple hotels nearby. My recommendation if it is packed and you have luggage is to walk to the previous stop about 3 mins walk which is much quieter and you will have more of a chance to get in the bus at peak times.
