La Quinta Inn by Wyndham New Orleans Veterans / Metairie

I had a dreadful experience at this hotel. Despite the sentimental value of my special gift towel, it was taken without care. When I reached out to the manager for help, I was met with a dismissive apology and no effort to resolve the situation. This lack of assistance and disregard for guests' belongings is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

Staying here again!!! Love my room and location. Everything is in driving distance. Customer service is a plus. Breakfast isn’t much but it’s ok.

The staff was friendly and fast. The room smelled. There was a roach in the sink and one in the shower when I went to take a morning shower. Needless to say I didn’t take that shower. The bed was really comfortable.

Good Location. Date of departure time, could not open the door with the card. we were on the second floor. No elevators working. I have a balance problem. Ice machines,Elevators were not workingBreakfast area rest room were not working. My wife had an emergency situation with need to go to use toilet. I mentioned that to desk clerk and asked if she can use rest room for stuff. She said no. Mind you that this was not a normal situation. Nuway I was disappointed. My room was dirty have fleas and dead spider on the floor the floor was dirty with dogs food; the smell in the room Was terrible but couldn’t get a refund for that night, terrible experience

For the money this is a great place. Clean and comfortable. The room and fixtures are somewhat dated, but functional. Very easy parking, right next to the room. Coffee and simple breakfast items in the morning. The surrounding area is full of dining and shopping places. Easy 15 mins drive to New Orleans downtown.

We some how when I wrote in my special request the mgr a miss understandings came out I recommended a king on the first floor close to the office and some how she said I booked something else not a king did I not book a king but she went on and put me in a king
