Highly Recommended - We spent 5 wonderful nights here It was the first part of our Summer Vacation from Los Angeles - For us this was the perfect resort and a great choice as our base to visit the surrounding local towns and cities of interest. They offer a Free shuttle to Polignano a mare which we took advantage of so we didn't have to fight for parking - glad we did - very convenient and 100% free ! We had rented a car at the Bari Airport when we arrived so we did everything on our own schedule. Everywhere was a short drive from here, including Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and our favorite city was Matera - WOW ! Be sure to see at night - it becomes another world - We used the pool every day before driving out to visit the towns later in the day after it cooled down and was bearable to walk around etc. The AC in the rooms was good ! but not best - Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Thank you Alejandro for making a special breakfast birthday surprise for my wife - it was VERY thoughtful and VERY much appreciated - Very grateful to all the staff - they made our visit so memorable and we felt looked after ! The resort is a bit out of the way and some google Maps can send you on a wild goose chase but it is a wonderful part of the country side - The property is nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland ! An amazing hotel in the middle of Puglia region in Italy. A very professional team that transformed an old farm into an amazing hotel. I loved everything there, from rooms, landscape, diner and breakfast, to the beautiful evenings offered by the staff to the pool or garden party. Congratulations to the team!

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Polignaro a Mare. It has an incredible view and is very quiet. It is ideal for relaxing after a day of visiting the iconic villages in the area, lounging in the pool or having a nice massage. The service is excellent and the food is very good. Once a month they host a spectacular buffet with typical regional food with music and typical dances from Puglia. You can visit Alberobelo, just 20 minutes away by car, Matera about 40 minutes away by car, Monopoli in 15 minutes and Polignaro e Mare in 5-10 minutes.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days with my wife, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we found the peace we needed from our daily routines. We had a great time. The staff was incredibly kind and fulfilled all our wishes. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It’s perfect for couples and families alike.

The perfect stay in the Apulian countryside. The kindness of the staff and AMAZING breakfast are the biggest standouts. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best.The drive to get there was a great experience in itself, a taste of the real Puglia

A hidden paradise in Puglia. Myself and my husband celebrated our silver wedding anniversary at the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and a complimentary glass of prosecco. The staff phenomenal, especially Nicola, Luciano and Antonio. Pure gents.

I stayed there with my wife and kids for 1 week. super satisfied with the friendliness, facilities , good breakfast and dinner. any questions could be asked of staff , very nice pool bar and every day an hour right to use the SPA which was also definitely nice. highly recommended to stay there and explore Puglia from there!

My husband and I spent 3 days in puglia and Borgobianco resort and spa was honestly the best. We had the best service everyone was super friendly and always willing to help and give us suggestions, Valentina especially at reception was great. We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as ferragosto ( big public holiday in Italy) and had a beautiful dinner and entertainment organised by the resort. We absolutely loved it !! We highly recommend this resort for anyone who is visiting puglia

Really fab location- only a 10 Min drive to polignano a mare and a 25 min drive to alberobello. The hotel has a free shuttle service into Polignano and back. One just has to request a ride. We rented a car but didn’t want the hassle of finding parking in the town. Free parking available for your rental car. Food :had fab meals at the restaurant. Poolside service (drinks and lunch) all excellent. The staff is kind, helpful and professional. The pool is the best, deep and delightful. There are common areas for families to hang out in. The only thing I would have liked is a larger room. My room did not have a dresser, only an armoir to hang clothes in. My husband and I lived out of our suitcases! But barring this, I loved the place and would definitely return.
