5 ノッツ メタン(5 Knots Metung)

Absolutely loved our apar**ent and Metung. The apar**ent had everything we needed and in a wonderful location. Close to restaurants and cafes and great to have a dedicated parking space. Recommend a visit to the hot springs if in the area. Would not hesitate to go back.

The apar**ent was spacious, the balconies had a lovely view of the lake. The appliances were all European and excellent to use. The spa bath was amazing, I felt thoroughly rested and refreshed. The beds were comfortable. Only negative was that the top balcony was out of use. I'd definitely stay at 5 Knots again.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the unit is very nice, with a little outside area and bbq. We cooked on the bbq twice, it was easy to use. Access to the water, piers, cafes, shops and Metung Hotel, which we wouldn’t recommend. It’s a beautiful little town, which is close to other attractions.

Unit 6 overlooking Bancroft Bay was a great spot to spend a few days. Everything in Metung was within walking distance of the apar**ent and we only had to use the car for day trips. The few downsides were a neighbour’s tree banging against the apar**ent wall on a windy night that kept us awake, limited storage space and no pantry. The view from the balcony is spectacular capped off with beautiful sunrises.

Nice place 👍 not my choice this unit 1 is right on road edge was happier when the bins were emptied I could see the water 👏🏻good walkway to the bird life . Very clean unit great appliances wash and dryer

Fantastic large one bedroom unit for a similar price to a standard motel room. Huge fridge and very high quality appliances. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Enormous TV with free access to all the streaming services. Water views and balcony. Heated bathroom floor and towel rails. Short wallk along the boardwalk to shops and pub. We had a perfect couple of days. Definitely worthwhile to book direct with 5 Knots.

Situated near end of narrow peninsula with water on both sides. No rear footpaths/road. Stayed in lower level 1 bed which surprisingly still had water views(across the road). Rear of property has direct access to its own jetty. King bed in large bedroom, twin shower in modern bathroom, large tv (with Foxtel), modern quality(smeg/bosch) appliances in kitchen laundry (washer/dryer). Electric blinds at the lounge leading out to a bbq area. Winter rate made it excellent value. Owners claim luxury and you would have to agree. Would definitely recommend.

This property is a great modern style and layout, has high quality appliances and fittings. Heated towel rails, heated tiles, electric blinds, large shower heads and a spa bath. The only thing it is missing is an electric blanket. The master bedroom upstairs doesn’t have a door to block off the stairs so is unsafe for children. Great parking and a short walk to the river and lovely little cafe’s.

Our vehicle broke down on route to the property at about 5.30pm. It had to be towed to Orbost. We were completely unable to get to Metung. Unsuccessful attempts were made to contact the venue . Efforts were also made to contact Wotif. We are hoping the misfortune of a breakdown and the impossibility of getting there will persuade Wotif and/or the venue to refund our booking.
