Nice environment inside, nice service. Clean and quiet. Tall among the other buildings and easy to recognize, but a little bit hard to find the alley/road where make the turn…anyways, if you have a fast enough GPS, it won’t be a problem. Recommend.

Love this hotel. Room was very clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and professional. Check in/out was easy. No complaints whatsoever.

I'm not a complainer. But the Wifi was so terrible that I went to office Depot and purchased a CAT 5 cable. It didn't help. My wife and I both bought our laptops so that we could work. But the network was so saturated that it kept kicking us off. Which is terrible because I had deadlines to meet the next day. Unacceptable. While the restroom door is cool looking, it is glass, albeit a weird sort of frosted glass that allows one to completely see inside. It provides no privacy when you are using the restroom. Stayed in the City Express in Caborca, Sonora 2 days ago. It was nicer, newer, cleaner, the internet was great, it had a free breakfast buffet, and you could go #2 without anyone seeing you wipe. ; ). Everything else was good. The "common areas", the personnel, the room, the bed, the price, and the location, were all nice and clean. No complaints there. But if you bring your laptop with the intention of getting work done, this is not the place.

The staff is always so friendly. This hotel is where I stay when I go to Mexicali, and the staff remembers me by name. the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated

The hotel is extremely new and really nice however there is no room service, no phone in room therefore if you need something you have to call from your cellphone to a number they provide the only problem is that they don’t answer 😄 so if you need something you literally have to go down to the lobby. I had problems logging into the WiFi 2 times during my 2 day stay therefore I had to go downstairs. The second night housekeeping forgot to leave towels therefore I had to go downstairs for that too. Also my key deactivated and I also had to go to the lobby for that. The facility is beautiful however it was very inconvenient to have to go back and forth several times.

This property was easy to find with multiple restaurants to choose from. Parking is complicated due to property structure. The down fall for me was the breakfasts. Hotel comes with continetal and i pay 9.00 per person for buffet but hotel staff didnt honor *******'s fees. Buffet breakfast is 17.00-23.00 per person.
