Nice location in new part of Mexicali.

The Front Desk staff has poor customer service. They seemed very annoyed to be working there. Hotel is nice but they do need to work on their staff and housekeeping. They only give you one key and if you loose it you have to pay around $10 for a new one. They also don't do housekeeping you have to go ask for towels upfront. El hotel esta bien los cuartos etc. Pero el personal del hotel tienen el peor servicio al cliente. Todos los dias estaban con una cara larga como si los tuvieran trabajando ala fuerza. Nos cobraron 220 pesos por perder la llave del cuarto pero nadamas nos dieron una ala hora de el check in supuestamente estan cortos en llaves. Tampoco asen limpieza tienes que pedir toallas en el lobby y dejar tu basura afuera del cuarto y ellos la rrecogen.

Nice clean place friendly staff

Nice location. Excellent price. Shower floor was duty. They changed towels every week even if your stay is extended, but you have to bring your towels to the front for exchange. Trash and room are strictly cleaned every week.

This was my first time not staying at a full-service hotel, and it was a bit of a shock. Basically, it wasn't cloth or attached to the premises it wasn't provided. Not even a cup. That said it was less than half of the price of the hotel across the street that serves breakfast where I normally stay. I couldn't even lay at the pool as they were jackhammering out the tile doing maintenance. I'm conflicted as the sale price was so good and the staff was great, and yet you really got to bring (or buy) anything you want other than a soap or a towel with you

It’s close to malls and restaurants. The attention at the front desk is very good. What I didn’t like is that the room smelled bad, the blankets were dirty and the kitchen was dirty too.

There is a very limited space for parking. No coffee in the lobby or rooms. The bedding is very poorly. The shower was clogged and the hot water took a long time to come out.
