Very convenient location. Walkable to a big variety of restaurants and sightseeing like Angel de Independencia, Diana Cazadora, Paseo de Reforma, MetroBus stop. Safe area and easy to locate. Friendly staff, clean place. The only thing is a lot of noise on the ground floor suites. But if that doesn’t bother you is a very good place to stay in. Also very affordable.

Great property... Loved that I was close to all the action, however, the hotel was tucked away. It was like staying at a boutique hotel without all the frills.

Dirty to small high price for

The location is great, just needs to be updated, there are no windows, AC works which was much needed, price was good for the area, you get what you paid for.

The rooms are small but very clean and nice appearance. Price is great if looking to would definitely return.

Very affordable considering the neighborhood, just one block away from Reforma avenue. Rooms are tiny. Recomended if you are in budget or looking for a short stay.

The staff is very kind, the location is incredible, but the bad is that all the towels, sheets, pillows and furniture are already quite worn and dirty.

Some items at the time of my visit to this hotel did not work, i.e. the safe, the coffeemaker machine; yet, the assigned property managers were quick in resolving these problems, i.e. by replacing the coffeemaker machine and repairing the safe to its working order. The property managers at Suites Lerma are well mannered and attentive. Furthermore, the property, which is located in the municipality of Cuauhte’moc, is centrally located making the rest of the city easy to access. In general, this property is clean and well kept, and, other than those items previously mentioned; this one night stay turned out to be a pleasant experience.
