Have chosen Krystal multiple times and has always been great ! Rooms are very comfortable, with large living space and well equipped/ furnished. Area offers a wide range of options for both business and pleasure. In terms of service, this comment should be read towards consistency and high standard in delivering. I would highly recommend Krystal

The property is located in the south area of the city. Easy access to the major points of interest and across a huge mall with plenty of restaurant and services. The hotel has a very nice restaurant, serving high quality offerings and drinks - there's also a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - fridge, microwave and a kitchenette with everything you might need to cook and enjoy a meal. The valet service is a plus - although there's a daily charge for it, the convenience more than makes up for it. We stay at this location twice a year during our trips to the city and it never disappoints. Lilia and the staff made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and well located place to stay.

We booked a suite with two beds. They upgraded us to a bigger suite, however it only had a one king and one sofa. I was traveling with my friend and we faced the uncomfortable decision of who wanted to sleep in the sofa instead of a normal bed as booked.

Excellent option to stay in Mexico city. Room very comfortable and quite, clean, personal very friendly. Option to eat in the area.

Overall I was it was great but I do have one complaint. My room didn't have a blow dryer. I showered in the man's was getting ready to blow dry my hair and noticed there was no blow dryer. I called the front desk early in the morning and requested one. The receptionist (Male) said we don't have a housekeeper but will bring it right up. I waited 30 minutes and no n one brought it up. I called again, apologize for calling again but needed one to blow dry my hair. He said right away. I never received the blow dryer. I had a doctor's appointment that morning. Luckily, My sister's were staying in another room and went to her room to use the blow dryer. I later arrive at my room in the afternoon. The house keeper had cleaned my room and still no blow dryer. Considering it is an expensive room the service is terrible.

Good stay overall. One point of frustration was the discount received at the restaurant where they had missed including it and pushed that i leave it as a tip. The manager saw my frustration (I always prefer to leave a cash tip) and gave me the difference. Other than this, great location and kind staff

I’m a repeater at this establishment. Perfectly located and convenient. In the words of Nacho Libre: It’s the best!
