It’s fairly cheap and a good location and the security team are friendly, but I can only give this 1 for cleanliness and amenities because the washing facilities were absolutely filthy and not maintained. The room is ok but let down by bad equipment….air conditioning doesn’t cool ( or turn off), pots and pans are rubbish scratched Teflon ( not safe), the iron will stain your clothes and ironing board, stained. Towels seem old, wilting and not clean, no kettle, noisy fridge, batch room sink doesn’t drain , minimal soundproofing between rooms etc etc flexibility on check out time.

Great stay, the hotel is very well located in Polanco area close to the offices I needed to visit in Insurgentes sur and in Santa Fe. Additionally the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting some of the most important museums in Mexico City just walking distance as well as many delicious restaurants. What I enjoyed the most besides the cleanliness and practicality of the hotel was the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a technical problem with a rental car and they not only helped me get some information but they guided me and supported me to resolve it. Amazing stay!

Perfect location

圖片看上去很現代摩登，詳情頁寫的是2室，結果真實房間就是一個墨西哥版的全季，沒有2室，就一間房間，性價比很低，酒店設計細節也很差，牆壁上都是黑印，洗澡的淋浴設計也有問題，會先被冷水先淋一頭。房間裏有簡單的灶台和較大的冰箱，客房清潔還要另收錢。位置在polanco還是蠻安全方便的。不過總體性價比不高

交通便利，離Centro citibanamex很近，不堵車的話大概是10來分鐘的路程。 周圍環境幽雅舒適，樓下附近很多餐廳，奢侈品大街就一路之隔。 房間內配套設施一應俱全，有冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、各式各樣的廚具和餐具。 服務人員態度友好，唯一不太滿意的就是打掃房間衞生要額外➕400peso

酒店在Polanco 住宅區，經常看警察巡邏比較安全，周邊吃飯的地方、超市都比較齊全，可以坐metro bus到藝術宮

環境：周圍很多餐館，從早餐到晚餐都有，也有711這樣的便利店，走路即到非常方便。周圍到晚上有警車在那一片巡邏，比較安全 衞生：比較乾淨 設施：第一天入住的空調不行，不製冷，房間也滿了無法更換。好在晚上温度不高也能湊合。衞生間水有點小，每次回去有下水道翻出來的臭味。

鬧中取靜，隔一條街就是奢侈品街，購物十分方便，吃飯也很方便，樓下很多家咖啡店。
