The staff was very polite and attentive, but I was not aware until I arrived that the breakfast area was closed. The room was very clean, but as they seem to be changing over to long term residential residences, I would check with them directly about amenities. The staff is the key here and the reason that I would stay here again. They fixed a tricky taxi situation for me on a Friday evening and made sure that drivers understood exactly where I was going when a taxi was called.

This place is under a new management and its bad.i was there 9 days and my towels were the same, cleaning lady said every 7days.. i never had clean towels called the main office, same thing. If you have company, they have to leave by 10 pm , if you go out , you must knock at the door to get in.. I won't be back , and its not cheap either.

Can’t sleep because too close to the street. Noisey !!

This hotel does bot AC as advertised on ******* , employees are rude, worst hotel in the area.

I would stay at the hotel again because of the convenience, my only concern is the traffic noise.

This is the first property I’ve ever stayed at that charges you to use the in-room coffee maker. Don’t fall prey like I did to their generous shelling of Nespresso pods only to receive a steeply upmarked bill upon checkout ($4 per pod). In-room telephones connecting you to the front desk don’t work, nor their elevators’ room key sensors. Rooms don’t have light switches — illumination is controlled by an overly-complicated monitor that, again, you’re left to figure out on your own since the in-house phones don’t work. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and only cooled off the room briefly every 30 minutes, blowing lukewarm air throughout the room. Perhaps the only bright side to my stay was how warm and welcoming are the maintenance and front desk staff.

Designed with cutting-edge technology but fails to deliver. No dishes, silverware in kitchen. Electricity in room controlled by unworkable door computer, also controlling safety, through multiple menus
