Great location and cute little place however parking is a bit challenging. It wasn’t as clean as it should be with urine in the floor by the toilet and large amounts of dust built up in fans (I have asthmas so not good). A sign on the frig says dishes are not sanitized although there is a cute little dishwasher. The coffee maker didn’t work and there is no lighting in the atrium entry so bring a flashlight so you can see to walk up and down stairs and open the door at night.

Great location - place is a little dated but for the money is fair enough . Stayed there on 2 separate occasions first time was great second time the people below us spent the evening shouting and banging doors and smashing glass . Not the owners fault but otherwise great location and perfectly acceptable apartment for the money for 6 people in that location .

I'm so pleased by staying at this place. l'II definitely recommend to my friends too. It’s nice, big and clean apartment with all amenities you need at the super convenient location and for a reasonable price. The owners are nice and helpful, easy to communicate with. In overall I’m more than satisfied and recommend to everyone this beautiful spot in the heart of south beach.

Perfect location and for the price it was worth it . Miami is very expensive and this place was reasonable for the price . The apartment does need updating as it’s pretty tired but it was clean and perfectly acceptable for a large family of 6 . The plus side is really the location and we only slept in the room , no cooking or anything. Thanks for great communication.

Amazing customer attention. Super comfortable apt. A little bit old, but for the price you can’t complain. Perfect for couples!

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Kitchen doesn’t have basic chopping board. Stove was not working properly and has to struggle a lot to turn it on. Area of property is very small so was getting very congested. Parking is very costly near to this area as property doesn’t have any parking garage of its own.

Very dirty apartment very dusty the two shower tiles full of .old. We all got sick we could not breath, itchiness on our bodies. Unsafe lamp in dining area too low.

The only thing I liked was the location. Disappointed at the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The sheets for both the bed and sofa were dirty found hair, dust and stains on them. We bought bedding because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed sheets. We bought Clorox wipes and air fresheners because the place smelled as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. The walls and furniture had stains as well. Pictures on the website are definitely old. If the unit and property were to be done constantly the place would be nice.
