Enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of amenities to choose from! Hotel has 2 pools and a beach that you can rest/eat at!

The check in was far from being smooth: they gave me a room that when I arrived was under repair. The person never left my room and they took 1 hour to give me a new one. The food at the pool area and the drinks at the bar is terrible. Price for the money in Miami there are much better places. Good location if interested in Lincoln Road.

We had a wonderful time at the SLS! Great atmosphere, perfect location, great drinks, and the service was very kind and accommodating. They were gracious in letting me keep my bags for most of the day after my check out time while I waited for my flight. I appreciate their attention to making sure every guest is taken care of.

Air conditioning did not work. Made me pay for a double room. Service and response time slow. Hotel was rundown.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very nicely decorated with lots of personal touches. I enjoyed the pool, it was clean, comfy and there was good muaic. The walk to the beach was very short, directly behind the hotel and they had complimentary chairs and umbrellas. I would stay here again!

I was attracted to the photos of the rooms online. When I got to my room I was shocked at how small it was. There are no closets so your clothing is on display and I like a neat room. The room itself was like being in a sauna. The thermostat only goes to 67 and there’s no way this room was ever at 67. I called the desk several times and had maintenance come and change the filter. He said it was filthy. He even suggested cleaning around the filter since he said it was full of dust. Well all of that and it did not help. Our room was hot the entire stay. Strangely the AC would kick on only when we were in the room leaving us wondering if there was a sensor in the room that activates the AC when someone is in the room. We barely slept because of the heat. The blinds were broken..the shower took ten minutes to heat up and it had no door so there was always water on the floor. The pool was nice except poor upkeep with rust stains on the floor of it. The best part of the hotel was the beach and the lobby was cool. Otherwise I do not recommend booking here. We wanted to try something different but we will stick with our favorites.. the Fontainbleau and the Loewes tho a bit more expensive. We were totally underwhelmed with SLS and extremely disappointed in the quality. Sorry!

This SLS doesn’t hit the mark of a luxury hotel.i had booked the larger city view King suite and they upgraded my reservation to an ocean view at 242 SF and it was a broom closet. Lobby is tired and old, pool area and surrounds are shabby and weather worn. Music is blaring and attention seeking. I was expecting same quality as SLS LA- it’s no where near that- SLS is inconsistent from one hotel to the next so it’s off my list moving forward.
