オーシャン ファイブ ホテル(Ocean Five Hotel)

This place was a nice hidden gem! great location to shopping, the beach, restaurants, and the hop on hop off bus. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Room was huge, comfortable, clean and quiet!

Very near to south beach, parking is available in premises for an extra charge, room was clean and spacious, nicely maintained property, multiple food options nearby, people at reception were also good. We were checked in late, around 2 hours which was the only negative.

The rooms were small, but the location was wonderful, the staff was great, helped us with our luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator. Did not know there was no elevator, if one had an issue that would be a problem.

I would give more stars for the friendliness of the staff, however the condition of the room prohibits me from doing so. The room is tiny for such an expensive rate, and also with the feeling of being in a basement. The bathroom is a one person bathroom, no space for toiletries. The online photos are deceiving.

This is a good property at the end of the Ocean Drive ***** of South Beach. We stayed at the suite that comes with a kitchenette. The rooms in the building are showing signs of aging but it was still was comfortable and cozy. The hotel staff and all the people at the front desk were amazing and helpful. Below are some suggestions for improvement: 1) the free wifi was non existent during our 4 day stay. We wanted to research on activities and contact family at home. The wifi was bad. They need to make sure there is strong wifi at this age and time. 2) have some paper kitchen towels for kitchenette. Other than this, we had no issue with this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The folks who run this place are lovely charming people who try very hard to make your stay excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable the facilities were spotless and the shower had good pressure. There are some Problems that cannot be solved. The place is LOUD. The rooms have tile/marble floors and the area around is filled with nightlife. It was hard to turn in at a reasonable hour and also hard to sleep late. The TV was very small and the A/C unit was old and loud. The location was perfect for me and I had a pretty good stay but in future I’ll need to stay somewhere I can sleep.

Daniella at the front desk, was an absolute pleasure, she was very polite, friendly and welcoming! Great location! Highly recommended.
