Hotel is close to everywhere. You can walk to the beach in 10mins. They have nice restaurant. Staff members are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but small. And rooms are not soundproof at all. You hear next door, or upstairs guests talking or using bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at Urbanica! No complaints. It's a clean hotel, with friendly staff, located in a convenient area. The pool and on site restaurant were both amazing amenities. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting SOBE!

The bathroom could have used a few hooks but other than that it was a great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean, really minimal. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There’s a few things to keep in mind: the washrooms are very small, there’s not a lot of lighting in the room, our balcony door wouldn’t lock properly and the view was someone’s apartment. I also would suggest providing more hangers for the guest. We only got 2 and there was 3 people in the room. There also isn’t any room service so keep that in mind. However, there is a lot of options in walking distance. It’s walking distance to the beach which was perfect. I would still recommend this hotel

Room was horrible - inadequate lighting , no place to put suitcases, no body lotion in bathroom , no bottled water in room - wholly inadequate .

Both the television and the the phone did not work in my room. They were unable to do ANYTHING about it - could not or would not move me. Offered to refund me the $35 "resort" fee. That is a JOKE. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Overall this was a great find. Decent room, great location, nice staff. However the Saturday night car cruising on 5th ave was a bit unexpected and repeatedly woke me up - I didn’t magi r it wouldn’t be an issue on weekdays

The hotel is in a great location, a few blocks from the beach. The staff was very friendly. One felt safe inside the hotel, need room key to use elevator. They have complimentary ice water and coffee available in the lobby. The room has an kcup expresso machine which was great. The room is comfortable but my only complaint was the lack of drawers or a suitcase stand. The have a spot for 4 hangers over the safe and that’s it. I had to use a night table to keep my suitcase off the floor. The room also only had two night table wall lamps for lighting. The rooftop pool area was great with 360 degree view of south beach. I didn’t use the pool since the water was murky. They cleaned the pool on Thursday I’m guessing in anticipation of the weekend. I suggest cleaning it on Monday as well so it doesn’t look so murky. Overall it was an great value.

Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurant offers great Italian food. Good value.
