I stayed here 6 nights in Jan 24. During that time on each of the diff floors. My favorite was the 3 rd floor. The beds were fancier and it felt more comfy. Breakfast and coffee and creamers were great. I would have like more than a rotation of two omelettes but the cinnamon rolls made up for it. My complaint is the water pressure. It didn’t matter the time of day or floor. The water pressure was bad. It resulted in me having to take longer showers to make sure all the soap was off of me or my shampoo was rinsed. I hope that the owner sees this message. I would have given 5 stars and recommended your hotel if the water pressure was good. The staff is amazing. Thank you for taking care of me while I was there.

Bathroom in our room was not the cleanest. But other than that our stay was good. Breakfast was good

I stayed here 5 nights in January. Everything has been top notch except for the water pressure. During my stay I stayed on all three floors at one point or another. The water pressure from the showers is terrible. I shower all times of day during these stays and it has not improved. I also want to call out the entire staff for doing thier job so well. The bfast cinnamon rolls are delish. Coffee is good. Hotel is quiet.

Tammy was very helpful when there was some confusion at check in. I appreciate the effort to sort things out…great attitude!

I have not one complaint about our stay. It was perfect!! This hotel is the 1st hotel that I have ever been able to give an all around 10!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were taken care of. A couple things that we asked for and they provided without question. The room, breakfast and even the pool was perfect!! This hotel is one that all should learn from!! BRAVO to all that made our stay wonderful!! Thank you!!!

Overall very very good only thing is there was some thing a spot by the drain in the shower tub.

The staff here was phenomenal! I will continue to stay at this location whenever I am in Troy! I was in town from Maryland and after driving all through the night to get to Troy, I was exhausted. We got into town at noon, check in is at 3. I called to see if we could check in early and they allowed us to- at no extra cost! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and had many options. I paid early for two nights at this location. However, I found out the next morning that my court hearing had been canceled and I did not need to stay an extra night. I went to the front desk, explained my situation and asked if there was anyway I could be refunded for the second night. Tracy was phenomenal! She completely understood and was more than willing to refund me my money for the second night. She was so nice and professional and helped me through every step to make sure I got my refund. Thank you Tracy for all your help and for being that one good thing in a very crappy day!

Super quick and easy. Reservation was simple and check-in was a flash. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel rented out to some hockey teams, and the kids were knocking on doors till midnight. I literally went downstairs to check out because it was so bad as I came upstairs they were knocking on my door. I caught them. The hotel has no cameras in the hallways they were very nice and offered me a full refund.
