I had a generally positive experience at the Aloft Miami Airport Hotel, but there were a few issues that impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see that the front grounds were being painted, which was very unappealing and not communicated beforehand. Parking also felt overpriced at $20 per night, which I found to be quite high for the area. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, especially since I paid for a larger room and expected it to be sizable. The housekeeping staff was attentive and did a good job with cleaning, though I did have to wait a little while for towels and washcloths, but they brought them promptly once requested. Customer service was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I wish the stay included additional amenities like breakfast or some other added value given the price paid. Overall, while the hotel has its positives, the unexpected painting, dust blowing, and high parking fees were setbacks that could be improved. Also, there are a lot of shopping areas close by such as whole foods.

THIS WAS THE THIRD TRIP IN FIVE WEEKS FOR ME, I ENJOYED MY STAY EXCEPT FOR THE ROOM HAD NO MICROWAVE IN IT ???? BUT A REFRIGERATOR.

Good location hotel that lacks integrity. I called to ask for a shuttle pick up and the operator told me they didn’t offer such services and had to pay $40 for a taxi. Stayed overnight and prepaid but they insisted for a credit card for damages. Stayed for less than 12 hours and the room was left immaculate and the following day they placed another deposit charge on my card. 1st time in Miami and not a good impression left to the point that I rather pay for a real Marriott hotel or stay at a Hilton.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel near the Miami Airport. The customer service was excellent—they even arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my trip so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
