I even brought up the email and printed off everything with a confirmation number included. The lady at the counter said the confirmation number had to be a 6-digit number, and there was no 6-digit number on the entire email. There were no hotels in the entire Miami so we had no place to stay for an entire night thanks to *******. Then, there is no one in customer service to talk to. No living, breathing person to tell us how to get our money back!
