Gutes Hotel. Sehr sauber und äußerst nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Das Frühstück ist gut mit täglich wechselnden warmen Speisen. Im Gym gibt es sogar ein Peloton-Bike. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great staff in a declining property. No easy access to dining except for Gulfstream properties. Getting somerhing in the old Steak and Shake property will be a great help

I booked this property last minute when my family’s flights home were canceled and rebooked for the next day. The staff was wonderful and highly accommodating. The hotel was clean and perfect for an impromptu stay. Th kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking across the road to the Gulfstream complex for a good meal and a little walking around (recommended by the hotel staff)

Our check-in was a great experience. The hotel manager was great and very accommodating, as were the staff. The bed was comfortable. The negatives about the place is that it is dated. The carpeting needs replaced in the main walking areas... it felt dirty and I felt i needed to wear shoes. When i went to shower, there was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers.

Larken was great (very friendly and attentive). The stay was good overall. 2 things that kept me from rating higher: 1. MSNBC was blaring on the TV during morning breakfast hours spewing left wing propaganda. I hated that, and I would venture a guess that at least half of your customers feel the same about that biased nonsense being played morning after morning with the volume high. 2. The last night we were there, housekeeping didn't come by until around 5:30.

We have not visited this hotel since 2022 and even though it continues to provide good service, we noticed a deterioration in the general cleanliness in the aisles. Inside the rooms, everything is clean. An opportunity area to improve in search of excellence

I liked the breakfast options and I LOVED the location (right across the street from Gulfstream Park) and the staff.
