Love the hotels woodsy resort vibe! Excellent customer service. Great skiing and family fun!

Bathroom was unusually dirty with caulking turning partially black. The drain in the tub was mostly clogged so you stand in stagnant water and the tub floor is grossly discolored. The toiletry bottles were old pumps that didn’t work. The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

We had a good stay here. The property is super convenient for skiing and has lots of options for food and entertainment. The property is a little maze like and hard to navigate, plus the rooms are a little dated. Staff was nice but loading and unloading are overly complicated - they should figure this out. Fun place, we would come back.

Love how everything is in the main lodge hotel resort, you don’t need to drive anywhere.

Parking was confusing. Signage and directions within was a bit confusing. nice, rustic interior.

Everything was pretty good, food was mediocre at best and overpriced. Goodluck trying to find any food after 10 PM. Bring snacks

Found it difficult to get to the correct place to check-in. To be fair, we arrived around 10:00pm in horrible weather after a white knuckle drive on the PA turnpike. Wish there had been more light and more signs to get to the appropriate place to check in. Quite confusing. However, once we found everything, the staff was excellent and helpful.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bars are too noisy with loud music and TVs. Our family members decided to eat and drink in the room so we can hear each other talk. I was told the property had EV charging but what actually exist is an outlet no cable. I had to drive 15 miles to charge my EV.

Resort was ok; showing its age. Not happy with the food at all. It was terrible and very expensive. I normally don’t care about the cost but when the food is very bad, it’s annoying. We did have a great time other than the horrible food. (We ate at all places that were open & all was equally bad). Customer service was good and drinks were good. Hot tubs were good(no longer have private tubs & weren’t told until check in even though I inquired specifically about them 2x) Hot tubs could have been cleaned a little better. If food was good, I would have given 5 stars.
