My 3 girlfriends and I had an amazing time staying at Pheasant Field for a girls trip. We loved our breakfasts, the history of the house and the serene setting. Most of all we enjoyed spending some time with Kevin and Amy, our hospitable Innkeepers. Though, I lived in Carlisle 20 years ago, and had some things I wanted to share with my friends, Kevin and Amy made sure we were informed on new restaurants and things to do. Every recommendation was spot on. Kevin was ready with traffic information every morning and made our week seamless and easy. My friends and I are still dreaming of the breakfasts and how spoilt we were at Pheasant Field. We will be back and cant wait to see the remodel of the library suite.

We were moving from Vermont to South Carolina with two French bulldogs and two horses. We stayed overnight at this beautiful Airbnb with the two dogs and the horses and a beautiful safe. Well maintained Paddock. The owners were so kind hospitable and wonderful communicators. Highly recommend staying here and will stay here again if traveling that way.

Beautiful, well-kept old farmhouse. Our room was furnished with vintage pieces and our bed was very comfortable. The common-use living room was cozy and welcoming. Plenty of spaces outdoors for relaxing as well. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing! There are pet-friendly rooms available as well.

My husband and I recently stayed at Pheasant Field B&B for the second time, and I highly recommend it if you are anywhere near the Carlisle area. The B&B is located on a quiet road a couple of miles outside of downtown Carlisle and is a beautiful, old (late 1700's/early 1800's) house with all of the historic charm that we love. We stayed in the Lady Amherst's Library Room - it's very spacious with a separate living room and fireplace, and shelves full of books and games. The innkeepers - Kevin & Amy and Kyle & Robin - really made our stay at Pheasant Field so special, though - they are so welcoming and such great hosts! And the breakfasts are fantastic; although the weather was quite warm when we visited, it was comfortable enough in the mornings that we were able to enjoy breakfast out on the patio - we felt so spoiled by the great food and wonderful hospitality! Thank you for another wonderful stay - we'll certainly be back!

Beautiful home! Owners were welcoming and attentive! Breakfast was delicious! We were in "Lady Amherst's Library" -- HIGHLY recommend... very comfortable and spacious, with a working fireplace (which we used)! We were able to combine a family visit with working from the space and it all worked out nicely. The rooms and accessory spaces all are beautiful, inside and out. It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we look forward to many future stays!
