The hotel is beyond my expectation. Everything is excellent and I am fully satisfied. Will stay again.

I saw cockroaches in the bathroom sink, the shower door opens on the opposite side of the shower so when you turn it on you get sprayed with cold water. The TV stops working in the middle of the night. Everything I wanted to eat during the breakfast was expired for 2 weeks- the milk and the yogurt. Floors and hallways were so dirty. No elevator. Room got super cold so you need to blast the heat all night. Poor insulation.

It was a perfectly adequate place to stay for an event I was attention. It was last minute so this was the only place I found to stay. It was fairly clean and easy to park. The place was just completely forgettable. Nothing horrible but certainly nothing special either. Bathroom was fairly nice and roomy. Totally fine but average place to stay.

I have stayed here before prior to covid and it was clean and quiet. This stay was awful. The room was not clean. There was a used beverage can behind our bed, dirty floors that made your feet dirty, and hot water in bathroom sink was shut off. Went to breakfast and no fruit and the yogurt expired in Sept (we are in Nov). Front desk staff was nice but would never stay there again. Our three rooms were only people at hotel on a Saturday night. That's weird! Lastly, there is no public space to seat and hang out as a group.

We arrived early and were offered early checkin at no extra cost, and were given a nice quiet room, close to the main entrance. Beds are comfortable. I might suggest maintenance person to rearrange the furniture as the huge TV screen blocked the mirror. We did not find any info packet in the drawer.

We were able to check in easily even though arriving late around 10, room was comfortable and cozy exactly as described. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Very short drive to downtown Newport as well!

Upon check in, I explained that I extended my stay, booking two nights separately. The attendant at the desk said, “Don’t worry about a thing, we just extend the stay and there’s no need to change rooms”. When we came back from our day, our keys didn’t work so, assuming it was just a timing issue, we went back to the desk. The attendant then says, Well you didn’t check back in during the day”. My wife and I told him he never said we had to and he proceeded to tell us, inappropriately that we were wrong, saying “I remember that conversation and I definitely told you that”. Not wanting to argue, knowing full well he just didn’t want to be wrong, he then stepped into a side room and brought out all our belongings that they packed up on us from the room we were in. He then gives us keys back and says we can just go back to the same room. I can think of a half dozen ways this could have been handled differently and no of them include him lying to us and telling us we were wrong. I would not not stay here again, even though the rooms were fine, service just terrible!!

It was a neat comfortable king sized bed . I slept well but my hubby heard people and heater all night long . Also , there was an old broken microwave inside our room by the door on floor that somone forgot about . Kleenex Paper Tissue box in bathroom was restuffed with messy tissues. I wanted to go to sleep and get right out in the morning . No one was around at check out so had to leave hotel key in basket at front . That made me uncomfortable because I gave my CC info for damage caused in room but MY checkout was not firmly acknowledged. Overall it was a freshly firm clean king bed to sleep in over night but that was it .

Seems nicely renovated. Easy parking. Breakfast was not good, fruits were not fresh. We had noisy neighbors, talking aloud during the night. The restaurant Chilis around is a good option for dinner.
