スタッフが親切で居心地の良いホテルです。

留学先の都市で宿泊施設を探している方にとって、形式、構造、立地は良好です。 清潔で、軽食とミニバーも付いています。 受付でのお客様への対応（多少の柔軟性）と問題解決への対応を再確認したいと思います。

最高のロケーション。運河沿いにあり、若々しく活気のある雰囲気です。 ホテル自体はとても清潔で、朝食も美味しく、スタッフも親切でした。

This is our second time to visit. We love the hotel,,,, However,,,,rooftop pool is the main dynamic of the hotel,,,however the night we stayed,,,without any prior nottice,,,,was used for a private party and we could not use after 17;30. Isn’t this no service to guest?!

Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression. Cons: The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep. The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling. The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything was perfect – spotless clean, stunning modern design, and an incredible rooftop pool with breathtaking views. The service was exceptional, friendly, and always helpful. From start to finish, it felt like pure luxury. Highly recommended!

Fantastisch! Geweldig front desk staff, fijne kamers. Zeer schoon en nieuw. Rooftop terras is great. Thanks and will book again when visiting to Milan.

Location is quite good. A bit noisy because the room is facing the canal. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to use the pool and rooftop bar, as it was closed on Oct 19. In general, the breakfast and the dinner downstairs are alright.

房間一般但夠用，房間裏面的櫃子設計真的很**會撞頭。不過四星酒店的配套設施算不錯了。 庭院很舒服，還有公共空間可以會友辦公，大堂小零食和水管飽。 大堂隔壁桌有個模特經紀面試了一下午的模特，他們都好好看😻 餐廳早飯還行，有洋薊。晚飯別吃了，做得不好吃。 頂樓的pub沒有景緻可言，但也算是俯瞰米蘭了，主要米蘭城市就不咋滴。 酒店位置不錯，隔壁那個運河街有不少東西可探索，推薦El Berrilin餐廳，很好吃很正宗意大利菜，大眾點評沒有的。
