I enjoyed the location, the clean sleek rooms, the customer care was also amazing , Eduardo was such a gentleman and very friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly as pictured - comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was 35 degrees during our time in Italy and thankfully the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus! The housekeeping team provided a fast, thorough, and tidy cleaning service every morning! We also really appreciated the complimentary drinks at the bar, which were a lovely touch. A special mention goes to the cooling gel pack in our room. They were an absolute lifesaver after long days of walking and exploring, soothing our aching feet. It's the thoughtful little details like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room also comes with a yoga mat and ball despite having access to the gym so this was a nice touch of you wanted a morning/evening stretch without having to leave the room. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Despite the room being super small everything else was just as described!
