great location and clean hotel with awesome breakfast

Отель очень понравился. Большие и комфортные номера, удобная кровать, очень вкусный завтрак, большая ванная комната. Из минусов- в ванной не хватало перегородки, когда принимаешь душ- пол мокрый.

The hotel is about an out from the airport. The bus is only 10 euros to get there. Metro 2 minute walk. Bus and train station 10 minute walk. Staff knowledgable. 25 minute walk to the Duoma. Shops nearby. Breakfast could be a bit better. Clean nice hotel.

We normally stay at the Unahotels Galles in Milan but had seen this hotel close by and decided to give it a go. The Napoleon is well located, about 10 or 1 minutes walk from Milano Centrale railway station, about 20 minutes walk to the Duomo or 4 stations by Metro and the Metro Lima station is only a minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is also 2 minutes walk to Coso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street. Opposite the hotel is a great pizza restaurant frequented by locals and just along the street, about 70 metres is a great craft beer pub! My favourite street bar in Milan, the Cin Cin Bar is also only about 2 or 3 minutes walk away. Check-in was easy. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Not sure how best to describe the decor of this hotel but modern 'bling' might be about right. Glossy black and silver design all over even in the rooms. Like being in a perpetual nightclub. However it was very clean, there was safe in the room, a coffee machine and an additional kettle with coffee/tea etc. Nice toileteries, hairdryer, comfortable bed, stocked fridge, good wifi and sufficient plug points. Breakfast was the usual Italian continental style. A good variety of cold meats and cheeses, breads, croissants, rolls, pastries, cereals, fruit juice as well as pancakes, waffles, scrambled egg, boiled eggs and bacon. The cappucino was also nice. Would I return? Yes I would if the Napopleon's prices were significantly cheaper than the Unahotels Galles, otherwise I prefer the latter.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a smart and quiet neighbourhood of this busy city. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially Gabriel nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by as is a convenient metro station. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel my only comment would be that due to staff shortages the hotel bar was closed. 4.5/5

We decided to stay at Hotel Napoleon as part of our rail tour of Italy. Whilst relatively small the rooms are well equipped, and stylish as a the hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm and the concierge opened the bar so we could get a beer! The breakfast was superb. We stopped at the hotel twice and on the return journey got a better room at the front with a small balcony. There was however a foul smell coming from stir bidet which we reported and unfortunately the cleaner’s had gone home. The concierge did his best to clean it, which was an improvement but the waste pipe needed a proper clean. It was a shame as it spoiled our stay a little. That said the hotel is in a brilliant location for the railway station (15min) walk and Central Milan (30min) walk. In all a great hotel and would stay there again (but would check the bathroom for smells!) would also be helpful if the description stated that the bar is not open very often

Great location. Ideal position for exploring the city. Lima tube stop at the top of the street. Staff very friendly, hotel clean and modern. Good breakfast options and service. We stayed in 307 with a balcony and view of the courtyard. Small convenience store straight across the street. Quiet location, no traffic.

A really lovely hotel. Very clean and has very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast choices and I was really pleased that we took the breakfast option. The hotel is close to the metro so getting around Milan is really easy (4 stops to Duomo). It's an easy walk to Centrale station as well. It is close to the shopping area and there are some lovely restaurants, bars and cafe's near by.

My husband and I spend 5 nights here for design week. We reserved a suite so we could have 2 bathrooms. It was plenty big, especially the 2nd bathroom. Whole hotel was clean, breakfast was great, everyone that worked the front desk were incredibly helpful. Printed docs we needed, gave recommendations, directions, and were easy to communicate with. The metro station (redline) was at the end of the block which gave easy transportation to the Rho fair and central Milan. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The area around the hotel feels incredibly safe. Don’t think I saw an iron, but I’m sure you could ask for one or have items ironed as needed.

Hotel super recomendable. Se encuentra a 3 paradas de metro del duomo o 20 minutos caminando. Esta a metros de una avenida comercial con oferta gastronomica. El hotel todo hecho a nuevo. Las habitaciones son de tamaño justo pero excelentes. El desayuno no es muy variado pero de excelente calidad. Los artículos de tocador y el baño excelente. Muy amables Mia y Rosy en el desayuno. En la recepción nos consiguieron taxis inmediatamente cada vez que pedimos. El único detalle a considerar es que las almohadas eran duras

L'albergo è in una posizione molto comoda, però è troppo stretto, camera piccolissima, bagno anche, corridoio d'ingresso stretto, per non parlare dei tavoli della colazione ... un incastro da tetris. La colazione è buona, il personale molto gentile. Però, tutto sommato, non mi pare corrispondente al costo pagato a notte (quasi 300 euro) ... la settimana del Salone del Mobile non può giustificare tutto, almeno non per me. Se vuoi alzare i prezzi per il Salone del Mobile .., deve essere giustificato con un servizio impeccabile, se no ... è una presa per i fondelli. PS ... non funzionava la TV non sono riuscito a vedere RaiDue!!!!
