Everything went well until the second night we found the room was not cleaned when we came back. We stayed in this hotel in 2019. It seems after Covid the hotel service has been declining quite bit.

Staff very unattentive, when I went to check in there was another couple in front of me and no one was at the front desk. I asked if anyone has seen them they said no. After several minutes I picked up the house phone and dialed the front desk. The attendant finally appeared. It took so long that my husband cane in to see if there was a peoblem. The room was so small that I couldn't get the trolley into the room the bed blocked it.The closet was a homemade open cabinet with a curtain for a door. The hotel could be cleaner. Breakfast so so and the tables were all dirty. I pre paid for this room and was told I had to leave a $50 deposit to cover any damages that may occur. We are in our 70s and arrived late and left early. Never have I been asked to leave a deposit before. Stayed in many Hampton Inns never this one again.
