ドメーヌ サン エステべ(Domaine Saint Esteve)

We had two nights here, en route to Spain, as we wanted to explore this wonderful area again. Starting with the good things - it’s in a wonderful position and gives fabulous views ( including of the stunning Millau bridge ). There’s a very good pool, a bar and the chalet accommodation has a fridge, which was really useful. Given these things it could be fabulous. However, the whole place felt tired, neglected and in need of some care & attention. On top of this it also seemed desperately under-staffed, especially in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights rather than having the hassle of finding other restaurants after long days. The food was decidedly average, good salads were the highlight, the dinner menu was very limited and only one of the mains changed over our two nights. A cat was left to roam the restaurant and a number of times it jumped onto tables before they’d been cleared. Breakfast was very average. The chalet we had felt worn out, with a tiny bathroom, poor shower, and a phone that didn’t work in the two days we were there (we were told there was a technical fault and none of the phones worked). On top of this there was no maid service in the rooms at all. That came as a surprise. The lighting from the restaurant back to the chalets was largely non-existent and could be quite dangerous. Overall, not impressed but the location was great, hence three stars not two.

Had a week in a lovely chalet, great view of the paragliders landing. We were at the bottom of the site, and it was a bit of a hill to the pool. So you need to be pretty fit or use your car. The chalet had every you needed if you wanted to eat in or entertain. My daughter and family go every year and love it. Staff very helpful thank you

Nous avons choisi le domaine de Saint Estève pour rester quelques jours avec un groupe scolaire. Depuis les chalets et la piscine débordante on pouvait admirer le viaduc de Millau. Le personnel très attentif et toujours disponible. Si on revient dans la zone, on logera chez vous. Merci. Inés et Raquel

Séjour très agréable ,les chalets sont très bien conçus pas de pertes d espace et la climatisation est un super avantage lors des grosses chaleurs. La piscine à débordement avec vue est magnifique. Le calme est au rendez-vous et nous ne ressentons pas la promiscuité des autres résidents. C est une belle adresse pour découvrir la région.

Petit chalet tout mignon dans un cadre magnifique avec une piscine à débordement avec une vue magnifique pour se détendre après une bonne journée d’activité. Un havre de paix. On a adoré. Merci

Het personeel aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk en het uitzicht vanuit het complex super. Spijtig genoeg was het niveau van de keuken ondermaats. Zowel mijn vrouw als ikzelf hadden bij ons voorgerecht sla, die niet correct schoongemaakt was, zand bevatte. Als hoofgerecht nam mijn vrouw pasta Carbonara. Spijtig genoeg waren de 'lardons' bijna uitsluitend vet! Restaurant = geen aanrader.

Personnel sympa, emplacement chouette et belle piscine, en revanche attention à l’entretien des chalets et surtout côté propreté. La propreté dans un établissement hôtelier, c’est la base, s’il n’y a pas ça on peut oublier tout le reste, même si ce tout le reste est positif.
