Villa Gallis

When we arrived at Villa Gallis, not only were we greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness from Margarita, our host, but she had stayed an hour later in order for us to check in. The rooms are kept in pristine condition with a king size bed and a spacious shower. There is a coffee maker, kettle and fridge but no other facilities or utensils. The villa itself is located up a hill overlooking Pollonia, the walk is short and easy to get to within 10-15 minutes from the main town where there is an abundance of restaurants along the seafront to chose from and a bus stop that runs every hour or so to the lively Adamantas. I have to mention the breakfast served, it was absolutely delightful. We were seated on the terrace, facing the bright blue pool with beautiful sea views. The food was such high quality with omelette, Greek yoghurt and a platter of fruit served to us. With a boat trip planned, this set us up for the entire day! I will let the pictures speak for themselves on behalf of the pool. I can’t possibly think of a reason not to stay here!

Beautiful, charming, calm and clean villa in Greek style with beautiful view. You have everything you need: clean and fragrant towels and bedding (changed daily), mini cosmetics from Greek brand Korres, very clean and big outdoor swimming pool, iron in the room, and most importantly amazing host! Margarita is an angel who is so kind to help anytime with anything you need. Recommend 100%!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gallis for 7 days in August 2022. The location is 10 minute walk away from pollonia, in a beautiful views over the fishing village. The pool and outdoor area is a great place to relax after a day of travelling around the island. We had a sea view room which was amazing to open the blinds every morning to the views. Pollonia was our preferred village on the whole island with great restaurants and a quiet relaxing feel to it. Overall Villa Gallis was a great experience for our week in milos and we would recommend to anybody visiting the island.

Back to Villa Gallis for 10 days . It’s always a wonderful place with an amazing view. Delicious breakfast and everything is clean. The owner is always available and give good information. Only 7 rooms and a beautiful swimming pool. I recommend this place

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The minimal rooms in the hotel and the out of town setting (10 min walk to Pollonia along a quiet road) made it feel like we had a slice of our own private Villa rather than a hotel room. The hospitality from Margahrita was exemplary and included a brilliant breakfast on each morning we wanted one. Overall, Villa Gallis was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Milos.

We stayed for three nights at the VIlla Gallis and would highly recommend! The place was extremely clean. The room has coffee (both a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee pot which coffee that is replenished each day). Another nice thing about this hotel is that the room has a full mini fridge that is empty so you can go to the store (that is about a one minute drive or 10 minute walk) and get beer, soda, snacks, etc. Also the pool area is lovely with various seating and lounging options and you can't beat the view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also parking available in a nice spacious parking lot so there is no issues with your rental vehicle. The hotel is also located at the top of a hill and very private so it was very quiet and felt extremely safe

What an amazing place to stay , an exceptional view on Polonia village . Room is very clean and the breakfast is very good I usually don’t take time to put a recommandation but this place and the owner are wonderful. There is a swimming pool and you have a beach just near the villa Gallis

Le cadre est top: à l’écart de la cohue et sur les hauteurs de Polonia avec une très belle vue de la terrasse et de la piscine. L’accueil est de qualité et le service discret. Par contre nous avions une chambre standard (il n’y a que 7 chambres et plus d’autres disponibilités) et celle ci est en arriere de la belle terrasse et accolée au local où sont préparés le petit déjeuner (bruit) Nous avions également des voisins de chambre au dessus et l’isolation phonique n’est pas top. Il règne une a**osphère paisible dans l’hôtel, nous retournerons mais avec une autre chambre ! Nous n’avons pris le petit déjeuner qu’une seule fois ( départ matinaux les autres jours) bon mais pas le meilleur de notre séjour
