Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Xscape)

We came here for a weekend away, and was greeted by a lovely man whose name is Rej, he was warm and friendly, and made sure our room was clean and ready. He is very polite and friendly, and also helped us with recommending where to go for food and drinks and telling us the best places to go. He is honestly the best person we have ever encountered whilst staying at a premier inn. He also spoke to us about other things and will always engage in other conversations. He is a funny and friendly person and is always up for a laugh as well. We will definitely be coming back here for our next stay for sure.

When I arrived to this hotel for a weekend with my partner we were greeted by a gentleman called Rej, he was extremely polite, friendly and kind, he personally made sure our room was tidy and ready as well as making sure we were comfortable with our stay. When it came to asking for what was around and how to get there he explained and was extremely helpful with telling us how to get there what’s the best places to visit Honestly I have never experienced a staff member who has showed brilliance and dedication to their role in a long time and honestly I would say he made our stay and would say he deserves 10 out of 5 stars Amazing service from a amazing team member

Stayed here a few times in the past, always see Rej at reception and he always checks me in. Nice to see he is the duty manager, now. He deserves it, he is very passionate and always on alert to provide better service to hotel guests. Always, cheerful and smiling also very quick doing his job. Five stars all the way for service.

I have been to this Premier Inn three times and Rej has always delivered excellent service. I really felt welcomed and Rej recognised me straight away. He booked my tables at the Beefeater and he fixed my bedroom entrance door within few minutes. Exceptional Service.

Rej is an asset to this premier inn. Always on hand when you need anything and happy to help. Always greeted with a smile and very welcoming. And if theirs ever a problem maintenance wise or anything like that, you know it will be looked at and resolved quickly if he is on the front desk that day. Great person, haven’t a bad word to say.

We had a great time at Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central Xscape! When we arrived we had a brilliant chat with Rej on the desk about why we were there, we taught him all about the business of Lego and the power of the brick! He even greeted us when we came back after the convention and asked how it all went! It was such a personal touch and it really made us feel special! Hopefully we will see Rej and all the staff soon!
