ヒルトン ミルウォーキー シティ センター(Hilton Milwaukee City Center)

This is a gorgeous hotel with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Thus is one of my favorite hotels in Milwaukee.

The hotel is very beautiful & old! Our room was 100 degrees & we could not cool it down. No small fridge in the room, king room. No toilet paper. No hot tub, but that's my fault for not checking that. Also, we had to pay for parking, $40 per day. No one asked how our stay was when checking out.

This is a wonderful National Historic Trust Hotel that has been restored to its original beauty and history. There are several dining options from a very expensive top restaurant in the City to reasonably priced Pubs for a downtown location. Its easy to walk, take the bus, or ride the free trolly just a couple blocks away.

Always been a Hilton fan. Taking into account the property is older- love the art deco design. The lobby, lobby bar and some of the common areas are stunning examples of this style. Bed was clean and comfortable and pillows up to Hilton standards. What I wasn’t a fan of- “limited housekeeping” during a weekend stay. The bath towels are the smallest and thinnest I have ever seen at a Hilton property (or maybe any hotel for that matter). Maintenance needs some improvement. Lightbulb out in bathroom, lightbulb out above picture. Some peeling wallpaper in closet. Toilet needed multiple flushes and sink backed up. Couches in room and throughout property looked tired / dirty and needed a refresh. Will choose a newer property for our next Milwaukee stay.

Very nice and staff were great! Attached to the Milwaukee City Center which worked great for us. It’s an older Hilton, so rooms didn’t have USB ports for charging electronics. That is honestly my only complaint.

Great location, convenient yet expensive parking. Place was great, good availability of food and beverage. Clean rooms up to date. Heat would not turn off so they assessed and cracked windows. This solved temp but then was noisy at 5AM. Of this happened in the future I’d request room change. The staff were very responsive.

I like the convenience of being so close to the convention center. My toilet was clogged upon arrival and never really worked properly the two nights we were there and then fully clogged again the last day so we had to use the lobby restrooms. Room temp never got below 73. ******* advertised that there would be a refrigerator in my room but there wasn’t one and front desk said not all rooms have refrigerators. The parking garage was full on the second day so my husband had to park elsewhere. Not an ideal couple of days for the amount of money we were charged!

I'd say that this hotel falls below the standard that I expect from a Hilton. It was probably quite the opulent hotel back in it's day, but it's showing a lot of wear. The front desk service was quite good and the beds were comfortable. On the negative side, the bathrooms are very smallz the hot water was barely adequate, there were runs in the carpet, my TV couldn't tune into most of the HD TV channels, and they didn't even provide drinking glasses in the room. I also didn't appreciate their "eco" attempt to get out of cleaning my room each day even though I'm paying for this service.

Pricing for parking seemed to be whatever the check-in person wanted to offer that day. I was with a group...all of us booked through Travelocity. I was charged $38/night for parking, another family was charged $16/night and yet another family was charged $10/night. When asked, they just told us it was what it was. Then, I went to park in the ramp in the afternoon of my stay and it was full...they told me I had to go to a ramp about a block and a half away and pay again.
