"大変不親切でした。ホテル前ロータリーにホテルバスがずっと止まっていて荷物運びが大変でした。後ろから車が何台か来ているのに、ホテル玄関前にホテルバスがずっととまっていて、動く様子が全く無く、結局最後までそこにいました。 高齢者二人連れての旅で、離れた所から家族分の荷物を女性と小さな子供で運びました。中にスタッフが数名、男性含めていましたが、全く動く様子なしでした。 高齢者もいたので、スタッフが使うカートに自分達で荷物を乗せて運びました。 後でここは荷物を運んだり、案内するサービスはないのですかと聞いたところ、スタッフの方は黙っていました。常識からしておかしいということだと思います。 人選及び教育がきちんとされていないのでしょう。残念なホテルでした。近くに遊べるところなどがあるわけでもなく、ホテル自体古く、ゆっくりするところだと思います。若い人向けではなく高齢者向けだと思いますが、スタッフが不親切で気がきかないので、高齢者にもお勧めできません。 改善必須と感じました。ホテルの周りは広い敷地があるので勿体無いですね。オーナーの方頑張ってください。"

The room is simple, no TV, the futon is laid by oneself, and the futon sheets are also attached by oneself. I can eat dinner if I pay a separate fee, but I bought it at the supermarket without knowing it. I don't know well, but I can get 500 yen per bottle of sake. The bath was clean, but when I was soaked in the bathtub, there were many small insects floating, but is there in the mountains? After arriving, I was relaxing in the room, and the drum performance in the lobby started, and it was noisy. I made a reservation with breakfast and received it in the morning, but I was a little doubtful about the usual menu, the shishamo, and the whole taste was normal. I made a reservation at 9000 yen in the summer season and was cheaper than others, but I thought it was better to make a hotel in the city normally. Also, it was too early to cancel the free cancellation 4 days ago. I found out that the weather was clearly raining on the day of my stay two days ago, and when I asked if it would be canceled with the other party, I was contacted two days ago.
