While this hotel's facilities weren't too bad, I ended up paying for 2 rooms because of a mistake I made in registering on Trip.com. When Trip.com tried to recover the charge from Super 8, they were told that the room had been marked no-show and it was their right to the payment. It was their right, as is mine to give them 1 star.

Easy check-in, clean room, great food for breakfast.
Only remark - why don't you have cream cheese for breakfast?
We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come to this area.

It was a very nice room. I appreciated it being pet friendly. They have a very nice area for dogs with poop bags, which is a plus.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and inviting.

I paid for the hotel online through ******* because my husband and daughter were traveling. When my husband arrived, he was told that they hadn’t received payment and told him he had to pay. He wasn’t aware that I had paid, since I had told my daughter; my husband had gone in to check in. When I sent him the receipt the hotel staff didn’t know how to refund the money; seems like a scam where hotel personnel are taking money for themselves.
