Beautiful hotel and extremely clean and high-end. Was close to the airport and highly recommend.

When my family member ended up in the hospital unexpectedly, I needed a place to stay. I am so glad I picked Elliot Park. When I was making last minute arrangements, I was too stressed to navigate a website so I called the front desk and Galie got me set up and gave me peace of mind. When I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, Christiane showed me so much kindness. When I needed to unwind after a long day, the food at Tavola was delicious and David was so kind and Alison had something nice to say as I headed upstairs. There was one minor issue in the bathroom and the engineering staff was knocking at the door 8 minutes after I called down to the front desk. The housekeeping staff left Andes mints every day. I spent 6 tough days at the hospital, but every interaction I had with the folks at the hotel made things a tiny bit easier. Thank you. So much.

The hotel makes a fresh, new impression. Unfortunately, our mattress did not. It was very worn out. That, coupled with the street noise on a Friday night, led us to ask for a different room for our second night. (If our stay had ended on Saturday morning, this would have been a two-star review.) But the next day, things got better. We were moved to a corner suite, which was nicely appointed and had a very comfortable bed. Although it took a little longer to find a room for us than initially expected, Galie and her staff worked hard, and we appreciated their efforts, especially since the hotel was at capacity. (My husband is Lifetime Titanium, so we spend a LOT of nights in Bonvoy hotels, and an upgrade is promised if available – the suite was a very nice upgrade indeed!)

The ambiance of the Elliott Hotel evokes the charm of a cozy mountain cottage. A roaring fireplace greets guests, accompanied by the comforting aroma of hot chocolate and the promise of indulgent s'mores. The staff, with their warm hospitality, cater to your every whim, ensuring a delightful stay. As evening descends, enjoy the local brews on tap, including the refreshing root beer from the nearby brewery.

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful, including all the amazing smelling toiletries and large soaking bath tubs/roomy showers. The staff is amazing in every way, and I feel so welcomed everyone I stay- exactly like I’m at home! I’m addressed by name and a very generous welcome gift every time I stay. With the stresses of my job, Elliot is the perfect, cozy oasis that I look forward to. The room service is wonderful and very authentic Italian. Elliot Park is one of my absolute favorite hotels and I highly recommend it due to its amazing staff, food, beautiful interior design and location. I will ALWAYS stay here when I’m in MSP!

I have stayed in a handful of hotels in the area and the Elliot really stands out for its amenities, comfort and service (its friendly staff is the best!) I can't think of staying in any other hotel in downtown Minneapolis, truly the best choice.

I was fortunate enough to stay here over a dozen times and each time was a positive experience. The staff is tremendous. Whatever you needed, they had it covered. Great request recommendations and great Root beer! The Elliot truly felt like a home away from home.

I really enjoy staying at the Elliott Hotel during my business trips to Minneapolis. The toiletries smell great and the rooms are always clean. Whenever I have had any challenges the Management staff has went above and beyond to assist me and rectify the situation. Major shoutout to Galie, Tee, and Sophia. They even remembered me when I visit several months later and that made me feel extremely valued. I also had an amazing experience working with Jerome from Unparalleled Parking Valet Service at the Elliot Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to see at the door during my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I got into the cars safety and offered bottled water on warmer days to ensure I was hydrated. I appreciated his time, effort, and due diligence. I would recommend him to assist anyone!

I travelled to Minny for the first time to visit a local company office nearby. The hotel is about 2 blocks away from the skybridge system but still conveniently located. It's a nice, modern hotel which you notice from the moment you walk in. Although I didn't take advantage of it, the lobby is connected to a brewery / taproom next door. The room was a smidge on the small side but was comfortable and they make optimal use of the space. The room was quiet with not much noise from the hallway or outside. I slept really well both nights which is not often the case for me and hotels. If I find a hotel where I sleep well - I will stick with it. Pillows were above average firmness which I prefer, as was the mattress. Room temp was consistent whether you put the fan on Auto or not. The bathroom was spacious with a nice stand in shower. And good lighting options throughout the room. I was happy I chose the Elliot Park Autograph and will most likely stay here on my next visit (unless of course it's the winter time and prefer to use the skybridges to avoid stepping outside in the cold).
