The place didn’t look like the photos online. The carpet was dirty, there was holes in the wall, curtains were torn, we had to ask for towels and for the linens to changed. Service was poor also, no employee spoke when you passed by. I felt forced to stay there because they received their money when it was booked and I couldn’t cancel it.

The pool areas were good but they had to many parties going on in the pool area and we had pool side room was hard to get into our room and they partied until 4:30 AM was very noisy didn’t get much sleep that night

Generally clean. But definitely run down. The closet in our room had water damage in the ceiling.

Very outdated. No included breakfast. Area around pool and jacuzzi very dirty and needed repair. Carpets in hallways all had dirt next to edges like they never vacuum them in that area. Doorway in elevator edge filthy. Small tv. Price was high for quality we got.

Very short staffed. One waitress in the restaurant every day for breakfast. She waited on at least 12 tables at all times. She was fabulous, she even had to make the coffee and toast. I’d love to know where management was during our trip. They should have been out on the floor helping the team. We did see a guy sitting in an office quite often.

The rooms were nice and restaurant was great. The person at check in was rude and slow. I originally went to to ask for a room and she said they were full. I went out to search for a room on ******* and the hotel popped up so I booked it and went back in. She was short and rude while completing the check in process at that point. Restaurant staff and food were amazing!

It is a convenient and safe place to leave my vehicle when I travel via AMTRAK. The property is clean, and staff are helpful.

Very dated decor, no continental breakfast included. Parking lot dirty and in disrepair. Bathroom sink was in main bedroom. Heat lamp vs exhaust fan in bath

We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was also comfortable. We were in an area that was very quiet and close to the ballroom.
