The hotel is nice but getting old and I find the hallway very dark. The staffs was friendly and accommodating.

Place was ok. The room was very dusty. The bed headboard was full of dust and so was the area around the bed in general. The comfort level for the bad was very average. The orientation of the TV was awkward relative to the bed and rest of the room. No room service was available but multiple snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the room. Overall I rate this as average.

Dining room restaurant prices were too high!
Staff stayed back from tge desk while talking to me. Did not clean my room after first or second night. Was told later that we had to request this.

It was good, we go there every year, but I have to say that I was surprised when I saw the dirt walls. Don’t know what it was, but look like it was coffee on the wall. That’s the first thing I saw when i come in the room.
Except that, it was perfect.

On Oct. 24 Room #1 was smelling very heavily of tobacco smoke. The front desk attendant came up to verify the problem & assigned Room #2. Very soon we found that the 2nd room & bed were not made to accept new guests (hair on bedsheet of unmade bed, missing light-bulb, etc.). At this point we were ready to leave. She informed us that we could not cancel the reservation and that we should talk to the property mgr. at 9h in the morning. The morning crew informed us that the mgr. was not available; we asked that we should be compensated for a lost night; the response was "we’ll look into it". The 2nd morning the mgr. was still not available. On the 3rd morning Oct. 27 at checkout the morning crew told us to come back in 20 min. The mgr. was not available either not even by phone. The supervisor finally offered a 20% discount of the first night. After what happened with a lost night of sleep this was just adding insult to injury. We paid our full bill, asked that they relay this information to the mgr. so that she could correct the problem with a credit of the 1st night. For 2 weeks we heard nothing from Imperia. On Nov. 10 we sent the mgr. a polite email with all the details and request for compensation for a full night credit with a response requested by Nov. 13. We gave the mgr. ample time to act responsibly to correct what happened. As of Nov. 25 no response received. We then forwarded the email to the general mgr. and reiterated our request. As of Dec. 5 still no response!

Unheated pool, was actually freezing and couldn’t be used. Other guests walked in and didn’t use the pool due to this. We actually chose this hotel because they had a pool

I was somewhat disappointed with the fact that I was there for 8 days and no one came to my room to check if I needed anything. Same linen for 8 days. Restaurant not open for dinner. $200. plus a night and basically no service is a bit much.

Great hotel, everything was excellent. Staff was very friendly, room was well appointed and comfortable. Convenient to get into town, will definitely stay here again.
